Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give zero stars I would. Picked up my items on Thursday that were supposed to be done Tuesday. After a long wait a man handed me my items. I asked if I was all done and good to go. He looked at my receipt, looked me in the eye, said yes, and told me to have a nice day. As I was pulling out of the parking lot a woman came running after me, she was soon followed by a man who I assume is the the owner. They start yelling at me that I left without paying. Puzzled, I pull out my receipt to show that I did pay when I dropped my items off. Still yelling, the owner tells me I didn’t pay enough. I said the man who helped me didn’t say anything about more charges and that was why I left. The owner said I knew I had only payed a deposit and I owed him more money. I parked my car and went back inside all while still being yelled at and accused of stealing. When I point to the man who had helped me and explained my interaction with him I was told, «Why did you listen to him? He doesn’t work here, he’s only helping out for a few hours.» Yes, they actually said that. I will never give this place my business again and I hope no one else does either. I don’t want anybody else treated the way I was.

This a great dry cleaners! They are friendly, helpful and have fast service. Alterations are done properly and quickly!

I love this dry cleaners. I’ve gotten suits tailored (shorten hem and remove some of the shoulder padding on jacket/​hemming and even slimming down the width of the leg on pants), hemming jeans, and getting my often dog fur covered clothes dry cleaned (I don’t know how they do it, but they always remove ALL traces of dog hair!). The price is reasonable and they fo a great job.
The owners are very nice people and there are little lollipops they give out. Not just to children, but even to people like me who like to channel their inner child once in a while.

The service at this Laundry & Dry Cleaners is rediculous. BAD ATTITUDE!!! My washing maching broke, and while I was waiting for the new one to come, I had to drop of my laundry for fluff and fold service. When I handed them a blanket, the guy picks it up like a dead rat, and makes a scene about the dog hair on it. I asked him if he does laundry there? Then I said I needed my dogs blanket cleaned along with my regular clothes. He handed it back to me, and said he really didn’t want to. Then he tried over charging me for everything else. Won’t go there again.
