Best Italian food in the area. Shares a kitchen with Guido but opens earlier and has sandwiches. Not over priced. I recommend shrimp linguini, wings, meatball sandwich . The burgers looked awesome.

Don’t go here if you want to sit outside with a party larger than two. You will be yelled at about the«policy,» which they have no explanation for. Definitely check out Manci’s next door. Better service and amazing food.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Long wait, crowded space, music was not family friendly, they were out of bread, our waiter did not provide us with straws, silverware, or refills on drinks. The mediocre food took an hour to come out, by that time it was already cold. Gratuity was added in without consent after we made several complaints. Don’t waste your time, there are so many better places on the eastern shore to eat at other than Cousin Vinnys. We will NOT be back.

I have been here a few times and it’s always great food and service! My favorite is the Stromboli. It’s enough for 2 people but if you are like me you want to have leftovers! They have a great selection of beer too like the Abita seasons ales. My husband always get the pork tenderloin sandwich and he said it’s always the same excellent quality.

My Mom and I went on Saturday(4÷2÷16) for lunch. We wanted to go to Guido’s next door and even though they advertise they are open for lunch on Saturdays they sadly were not. But back to Vinnys… such a huge disapointment. the service was AGONIZINGLYSLOW, even for homemade food it was ridiculous. We were there for about 2.5 hours! The food was very bland. I asked for a wine list and never got it. It took about 20 minutes to get our sodas. We had fried artichokes, stuffed mushrooms, the specials which were a baked pasta and shrimp pasta. and we had bread pudding(we still dont know what kind of bread it was). Everything was bland. Anticipating a long wait based on what we already were dealing with, we even ordered the dessert when we got our lunch and it still took about 45 minutes to get it. I am shocked at how bland everything was for«homemade food.» And not to mention a huge time waster of a beautiful day. If the food was good i would not have minded the wait, but it just was not good at all.

They have many options on the board. I like their pizza, generous with their toppings and it’s nice and crispy. Had Bread pudding for dessert, I think it is deep fried. Also a large portion that is shareable. Friendly service. My only complaint is we sat by the window and the window sill hadn’t been wiped down for a while so it was dusty.

Out with the son and DIL and 1 year old grandbaby doing the pumpkin patch type of fun for the day and wanted a late lunch. Pull up the Unilocalster and Guido’s is THE place to go — except they weren’t open yet — guess they are the dinner arm of this place. So, we went to the other side Cousin Vinny’s, a pizza side, bar and restaurant that was open. WOW! Son had a pizza of some sort(I wasn’t paying attention) but it had a great thin crust. We started with their chicken wings YAGOTTAGETTHEWINGS! Chipolte peppers, sun dried tomatoes and the sauce is DABOMB! If I had known how these tasted, I would have ordered two apps just for me!(The chicken Ceasar salad was very good as well with the homemade dressing. My wife had a calzone, and like most places, it was HUGE and delicious and she had it for a «snack» later on(and on and on). There are a lot of great places in the greater Mobile area, and this is one of those places. Next trip to visit the grandbaby will mean a return trip to this restaurant (Did I say YAGOTTAGETTHEWINGS!?)

Wowzers, completely unexpected experience. We were traveling home from Biloxi, MS. We stopped in the area for a few photo ops due to my wife’s name being Daphne. I figured I would fuel up the truck and our belly’s at the same time. We found this place in the mix of a couple other options. After speaking to a couple of locals we were advised to check this place out. No disappointments here. Very good menu options but what caught my eye was the Chicago Style pizza. I had to go with it just to see if it was spot on. If I am ever in the area I would certainly suggest this place.

Probably our favorite Pizza joint on the Eastern Shore. It is located in downtown Daphne between Mancis and Guidos. Exceptional pizza. The favorite for me and the kids, as well. They also have a nice menu of Italian dishes that, much like Guidos next door, is written on a chalkboard and changes daily. We ate at Vinnys yesterday, and they had a lobster ravioli with a sweet tomato sauce, shrimp, mushrooms and asparagus. Sooooo good. Amazing. Oh, and the kidos absolutely love their pizza. You cannot go wrong with Cousin Vinny’s.

Dependable good food. We haven’t been overly thrilled with their pastas or their calzones, but their sandwiches are great. The chicken Alfredo pizza is fabulous. Try their shaved beef sandwich with au jus too. Lip smacking good. Def. worth eating there.

Pretty sure the Alfredo sauce was canned(our two kids wouldn’t even eat it) & the pizza we ordered was very disappointing. Won’t be going back.

Guido’s was closed so I went next door to Cousin Vinny’s. Oh my! My new favorite pizza place. Totally awesome!

Has become one of our favorite places to eat! We have been here about 4 times and it never fails us. Absolutely the best pizza… Great hamburgers and my hubby really enjoyed the Italian sandwich. Good service, too! I have heard their bread pudding is also delicious, but we have been too full so far to try it. I think we are going to go just for that tomorrow night!

The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. The only complaint would be that service(with multiple servers) isn’t that great. You wait a long time for drinks, refills, check-ins, etc.

Vinny’s & Guidos are the best restaurants in Daphne hands down. Every time I visit my parents I have to go here. It’s two restaurants in one basically. Vinny’s is more of your afternoon, lunch time, casual diner kind of place. They have sandwiches and awesome specials everyday. While Guido’s is more upscale(although not too upscale because that doesn’t really exist on the eastern shore, you could wear a very dressy shirt with khaki shorts & flip flops & that would be considered dressy), their dishes are more refined and«adult» and they have killer daily specials. Vinny’s pizza is amazing. If you want to try something and you’ve never been before get a plain ol’ cheese and pepperoni or just cheese, or whatever you want. They use better ingredients than anyone in town. It’s awesome!

Great lasagna and pizza. One of my favorite spots in Daphne and has the best bread pudding you’ve ever had. Also the portions are very generous so it’s worth the cost.

Things change and tastes change, but there’s one thing that hasn’t changed between now and when I lived in this area before: Cousin Vinny’s is my favorite place to dine on the Alabama Gulf Coast. I have tried several different sandwiches, calzones, pizzas and appetizers, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every single thing I ate. The calzones and sandwiches are really big enough for 2 people to share, not to mention delicious! I’m hooked on the pasta salad as a side. They aren’t skimpy with the cheese or olives in it. The service is always wonderful and the prices are very reasonable, especially for what you get. If you only have the opportunity to eat at one restaurant in the area, make it Vinny’s or Guido’s.

Being new to the area, I thought I would give this place a try. We ordered a large pizza to go. First, to review the pizza it’s self, I would say it was fairly good, although it could have gone a bit lighter on the cheese, it was literally covered in cheese. But here’s why I will never go to this place again: I go to pick up my pizza, and when signing my TOGO receipt, I see a 10% gratuity on my check, thinking this to be a mistake I asked the bartender, only to be told that this was standard for them, saying that they called it a «to go fee». I keep arguing that I’d never hard of such a thing and had 3 waitresses literally gang up around me giving me rude stares like I was being unreasonable and telling me that this was standard practice. I called the next day to talk to the manager, who told me that this fee was in fact standard and«lots of places around here do it»(although I spoke to many people from the area who told me they’d never heard of such a thing). He proceeded to dismiss my concern and said that they charged it to offset their to go packaging purchases! So for a $ 20 pizza, I’m being charged and extra $ 2. Do they expect me to believe that the one pizza box costs them an extra $ 2? TLDR; OK food, rude waitstaff, awful customer service, borderline fraudulent«fees». Would not go again.

Love this joint. Meal presentation is tastefully done. Salads always fresh. Chicken, shrimp and tuna is cooked and seasoned which complements the food.
