An amazing example of Italian cuisine! Ordered fettuccine Alfredo and it was absolutely delicious; however the order took a while to be prepared. The head chef immediately rectified the situation by providing free deserts to the table. This place is a treat to anyone looking for a delicious night out on the town.

Stopped here for lunch. I should have trusted my instincts. Cigarette butts on the walkway. Upon entering the building it smelled very musty. Atmosphere was worn and out of date. I ordered the Foccochi with sausage and peppers. It was awful. Drinks very expensive. This place needs a complete renovation. Perhaps a meeting with Robert Irvine of Restaurant Impossble.

Brick oven pizza is about the only thing worth getting on the menu. The pizza is okay but nothing to rave about considering it should be as there is little brick oven competition in the area. They have a decent mozzarella appetizer and that is the only thing I have been able to enjoy on the menu. I have been here three times now holding out for a great meal and it just isn’t happening. I wish I could say more too like but I am speechless. They do have a nice hostess when I have dined there for lunch.

Typical branch of a typical American«Italian» food chain. Unlimited green salad and rolls come with the reasonably priced lunch menu(where we favor the focaccia sandwiches with a choice of soup or pasta salad) and pizzas that are made to order through-out the day we find preferable to their main plates at dinner. Lots of parking on a busy road which can make getting in and out a challenge. This location also offers seasonal outdoor seating. Depending where you’re seated its a bit of a trip to reach the facilities which are not centrally located.

I know I know — what did I expect, really. Bread rolls and olive oil were fantastic. I never eat bread and ate like 2 rolls. My 4 year old lunch date loved the pizza and got ice cream to top it off so clearly great place for kids. I got an entrée salad — spinach goat cheese with grilled chicken. The goat cheese tasted like gorgonzola(must have used one utensil in the kitchen), chicken was pretty dry. I didnt finish(potentially because of all the bread I had). Would go back though to see what the pasta etc tastes like.

I had not been to Bertucci’s since it was renovated. Wow! the place looks great. The server was wonderful and even checked back after we received our food. The Bread and their special oil are yummy. We enjoyed our Entrée Salad’s.

This place is great. I’ve been going here for years. Whenever I’m in the mood for a good margarita pizza this is my go to spot. Try out the eggplant and caramelized onion margarita pizza or the artichoke dip.

I’ve had problems in the past, which had caused me to stop going for a few years. Tonight was my first time back, and it was the WORST dining experience I have EVER had in my life. Being a restaurant management major in college, and managing a couple of diners myself, I was simply DISGUSTED. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. The bread wasn’t brought to us until an hour after we ordered our food, and that wasn’t until we asked the waiter what had happened to our food. All of the tables around us were getting their food, even those who came well after us. Even they were complaining about their food being messed up. We went to talk to the manager, and he told us he would do everything in his power to get our food to us asap and that the food was on the house. That had already been an hour and a half after we had gotten there. Another 20 minutes went by, and we find out that the pizzas hadn’t even been started. That’s just about 2 hours later, and they hadn’t even laid out the dough to make our pizzas. Just disgusting. Horrible management! I refuse to ever go back, and I will most definitely turn my friends away!

Very fairly priced. Food was okay. I got brick oven cooked lasagna. It LOOKED delicious but tasted just«okay». Overall I had a great experience. The waitress was very nice and also gave us a great recommendation for dessert.

Second time here. Service could improve. Some one who looked like a manager at the entrance wasn’t very welcoming when we came in, then hostess showed up. Food was excellent. Our waiter took a while to show up to give us the check. Food was excellent.

Im so disappointed. Me and my wife went there last night we were taking advantage of the two for 35 deal which was great! No this is the third time we’ve gone in the past two weeks we love Bertucci’s and you always get a good quality product. However this time the waiter didn’t know that pizza was included in the deal I had to literally show him on the menu he argued with me even though it’s right there in the menu. Then for the first time ever he charged us an extra five dollars to put chicken on my margarita this point we receive such bad service I didn’t even want to sit there and debate about the five dollars we paid and left. Even though the other three times we went this week we weren’t up charged this guy decided we needed to be up charged. I’m very disappointed with this and I don’t even know for going to go back the service was so bad this guy was in a rush and didn’t seem to care all he wanted to do was tend to the huge table next to us not me and my wife.

Bertucci’s came thru for a Friday nite quick pizza Puccilli which had fresh tomatoes, a limited amount of cheese, thin crust, onions and peppers cooked fine, with sausage and pepperoni. Our waiter was good, and we came away satisfied. As you know I am extremely critical of food and service, but after not visiting for many years I was pleasantly surprised the pizza did not fail!

Really great pizza. Service can be a bit slow and no fountain soda, but that won’t keep me away.

The pasta was mediocre. To give you an idea of the quality of the food, Olive Garden is about three times as good as this place. Maybe the pizza is better, but don’t order any pasta dish or the eggplant.

What do I want to say? Well I love their food quality, quantity and presentation but that doesn’t make a complete meal. When we walk in the host guides us to the table and it was a four cover table for two people. She then gave us the menus and looks great and we’re ready to order, here comes the real problem there’s no waiter for our table we wait almost 10 mins someone comes and help us, finally we got someone, I believe named Christian. He was a great gentle man, we ordered our meal and wine. Second problem I face there no one is there to help as to pour wine, well that’s ok. What I feel in this restaurant there are lots of waiter and waiters I count almost 14 out of 14 only 2 waiters working properly one is our waiter and another one is a young waitresses. One more thing I noticed waiters formed two groups one is in the pantry and another one near to the host station, and they all just talking, laughing and they don’t care about the costumers. Restaurant clean, cutlery and crockery they used good quality and even the restroom are nice and clean I recommend this restaurant for the quality of food not for the service. Thanks

For a big box chain restaurant i had a decent meal, at a good price. The waitress was very helpful and wrapped my leftovers nice and tight so i could put them on ice at my hotel, this was above and beyond and most appreciated. I found the rolls gummy and not tasty at all. The atmosphere in here is kind of strange too, very high ceilings with sparse decoration made it feel like a cafeteria. All things considered, the Chicken Piccante i got was tasty, though the pasta portion it came with was small.

Before hand tossed gourmet inspired pizza became so popular Bertuccis kind of did it first. Its still cool to get a Margarita pizza from a brick oven. Even though its more common place now. The pastas are OK and the salads are nice enough. If you get your rolls fresh from the oven it gets no better! Stick with that and a pizza

Three stars seems to be the prevailing, and in my opinion, correct rating for this place. The ideal experience would be a glass of ice water, the deliciously fluffy and tasty dinner rolls with ideally spiced dipping oil, and then… pack up and leave. Caesar salad was so blah, followed by Margherita pizza — looks much better than it tastes. Sauce is sweet but lacks true pizzeria essence.

For a chain place, it was a-ok. Really like the outdoor patio seating. We had great service. Last visit though I cracked my tooth on a whole peppercorn that was on the pizza… That’s why I docked a star! Not good at all Bertucci’s but waiter was helpful. As for the food — Margarita pizza was quite good, not too greasy like a lot of places around and I do love their dinner rolls. Think the soft, warm rolls are the best thing there.

My husband and I had lunch using a gift card he had received. My husband liked his pepperoni pizza and I had the lunch Rigatoni Abruzzi, which was way too greasy(when it floats in the bowl and separates-it’s greasy) for even my cast iron stomach. Our waiter was attentive and efficient.
