This is really the best place to test ur patience. No matter how much u do to get ur medicine fast u have to wait at least 20 min and ur doc may have to call it in twice

This review is strictly for pharmacy services. Just came home from Walgreens and it was the 3^rd very poor experience I’ve had with their pharmacy. The pharmacist employees are very kind, but the service is horrible.
Went one afternoon when the place was dead to get a flu shot. They told me they’d «get everything ready,» and it would be a 10 minute wait. I waled around that store for 40 minutes and they still never got to me. And twice now I went in to simply pick up a prescription I had refilled via their online service. When I go in to pick it up, there’s a 20 minute wait, a line of angry customers, and then when I get to the counter, there’s like a 10 minute run-​around.
I used a south side of Chicago Walgreens for 8 years and had amazing service. Head to Darien and the pharmacy seems chaotic.
Walgreens has awesome online pharmacy services, so I will be very sad to move all my prescriptions to a different store, but this place is too bad to bear. I’ll spend my monthly prescription money somewhere where they seem to know how to fill orders more efficiently.

Good customer service. Good deals and good location. It’s Walgreen’s what else can you say?
