Order taker had to ask multiple times for the order to be repeated, even though she repeated the order back correctly. Receipt reflected correct order. However, the French Fries on the UPGRADED combo meal were omitted from the order. When discovered upon reaching home, the phone number was busy on each attempt to call (for over a half hour). French Fries (small) that were also on the order and received were stale. Chili was hot and spicy chicken sandwich was good. Chicken nuggets were ok.

Have eaten at this location many times over the past four years. Food is always good and the staff are fast and friendly.

Stopped in the dining room for a quick lunch @ 1:30 pm, but order service was slow. Two available registers but only 1 in use. Several orders were confused during preparation which added more time. Remember, one chooses a fast food restaurant because they have limited time to dine. Providing good quality food quickly along with friendly service should be the goal.
