Well, the clothes are ok and they have a great jewelry selection, but the check out guy was so rude to me that I will never set foot in the store again. I was trying to navigate past the maze of ropes to find the check out lane and another lady was doing the same, but just a bit behind me — I went one way and she went the other, but I ended up going around the back way a bit, so I re positioned my cart and was prepared to check out, mind you I had about $ 200 worth of merchandise, the check out guy(with the ear plugs, no less) points at me and tells me that I need to get behind the other lady that she was there first. Ummm, no I had actually been ahead of her, just went the wrong direction — even SHE looked surprised at his rudeness. Needless to say I did NOT purchase the items and will not be going back there.

Worst service ever at this location. I stood in line at customer service for 15 minutes and it never moved. Get some people to work there who aren’t complete morons wtf

We(as far as I know) don’t have Gordman’s around Chicago. It reminds me of a Hobby Lobby meets Kohls meets Marshalls/TJ Maxx. They have everything from clothing and accessories to home décor and furniture. Some things are overpriced(like the furniture), but other things are really reasonable. I got a few things after Thanksgiving for SUPER cheap. It’s kind of like Marshalls and TJ Maxx in the fact that it’s a treasure hunt… you never really know what they will have. The more I think about it, the more I wish we had a Gordman’s by me!
