On 1÷27÷2016 I walked into Staples located at 3500 Posner Blvd, Davenport, FL33837 and was very displeased with this sores service. I asked for an item that was on the shelf but a note stared I had to ask as associate for the item up front. I was told it was in the back and had to wait for it by an older woman who was very rude. I was later told the item was still on the truck and I had to wait for them to unload it the next day, again the associate was very rude and unfriendly. On 1÷28÷2016 I order the item to be delivered at 3500 Posner Blvd, Davenport, FL33837 I called an hour ago to find out when I could pick up my item(I called 8 times before someone answered the phone) I was then put on hole 6 times! Each time someone asked for my name. Finally I spoke to a lady name Sherri 35 minutes later who was very obnoxious and rude and told me my item(amazon fire stick) was not there. EXTRAPOORSERVICE!

I didn’t buy a lot from the Staples before and choose to give a try this time because of its convenient location and competitive price on IPad Air. I never thought this would be a risky move for the nation wide reputation of this office supplies store. Oh, what a mistake I made! I made an store pick-up order on 11/20/2014 and received an email on 11/22/2014 saying that the IPad is ready to pick up and will be hold until 11÷25÷25. Guess what happened when I went to the store on 11/23/2014? It was sold! Yes, you heard me right. An reserved item ready for pick up is sold before the pick up and the whole has only an open-box one left! What kind of business can do something like this? It does not keep its word and respect its customer. What’s more disappointing is the response from the manager and the sales person. The sales person first offered me to take the open-box IPad if I really need to pick up today. Seriously? I paid the price for a brand new IPad, not something that’s been used and returned. Then I indicated that I was not satisfied with being treating like this as a valued customer but was only offered to drive 20 miles to another Staples store and tried my luck there. The manager of the store nevered showed up and apologized for their mistakes, making me feel like I am such an insignificant individual who does not worth his time. However, if Staples treats every one of their customers like this, offering much better customer services. Anyway, I will ask my family and my friends not to go to Staples any more.

i agree with the other review the service was aaaaamazing. i can not think of anytime inhave had that great of service anywhere! i left some items im the store and they brought them to me also mmingot some dollar items on sale also!

I have been in a few different Staples over my office supply shopping days… THIS Staples is the BEST! It’s freaking spotless and as soon as you walk in they say hi. Any time you see an employee they smile and most ask if they can help you find anything. Today, we had the friendly and best cashier, very talkative and helped us out.(And she got super excited that what I was buying was on sale. HECKYES!)
