Good as it gets… one of the best pizza’s around

My friend who works at the gym recommended this pizza place to me.
It’s off 595 highway in Davie and they deliver too.
I was torn between getting wings, and chicken Parm sub to go with my pizza, I went with wings.
My husband called in the order, and he didn’t look at the Unilocal reviews to know the pizza’s go up to size XXL and XL, when he ordered our usual «large pizza» it was much smaller than the size we get, labelling is misleading. It gave 8 slices.
Not much time in delivery and the food was hot!
We ordered 10 fried naked wings with the sauce on the side. The wings skin were really crispy!
We had blue cheese and garlic sauce to dip the wings in.
The garlic sauce is awesome! Real bits of parmesan, fresh chopped garlic in oil, I use a fork to scoop up the bottom garlic goodness :) blue cheese I’m pretty sure from a bottle and nothing special.
The Pizza, yes yes!!! I like to get plain cheese with mushroom, the mushrooms absorb all the oil taste of the cheese and you get a meaty cheesy pizza without meat. This large pizza had a delicious crispy crust throughout, no soggy action for this one! And the dough also tasted great, so did the sauce and cheese so yep everything was perfect for the Best pizza I had since Italy!
Now take that Garlic sauce and try it with the pizza, now it’s criminal! I wasn’t arrested, but I wanted more pizza every day of the week after!
If you’re in Broward, Yes I recommend trying your favorite pizza from Amore, you will smile and be happy. They also have soy cheese options and cheeseburger pizza.
Remember to order larger than you do at other pizza places! ;)

Maybe I just caught the place on an off day, but this place was horrible. OK, so it was palatable, as it is very difficult to make pizza incredibly cringe-​worthy, but given the price range (Higher than your pizza huts, papa john’s, etc.), I’d expect it to be much better. I ordered the pesto pizza which was close to $ 20.00. It was dried out and tasted old. I also ordered the garlic cheese bread. This was also dry and the cheese was sparse (It was $ 8.00 and there was barely any cheese, garlic or butter on it! How do you mess up something so simple!). I would much rather go to any of the pizza chains, as this place just is not as good as them (Even though I’d much rather go to a locally-​owned place over a chain.).
Again, it’s palatable pizza — making the opposite of that is hard to do, but you are much better off getting pizza at another place for cheaper. Heck, Blaze is right down the road and makes a pizza miles away better than this place. If you want the best pizza, hit Rice and Dough!

PIZZAS. Quieren una buena pizza, si tienen prisa, si tienen tiempo o si la quieren llevar a casa… este es el sitio. Quien atiende es muy amable y habla también italiano.
Recomendable la pizza Mediterráneo. Muy especial. Los sabores se combinan muy bien. Ahh y son rápidos.
Para rematar tienen cannolis y Tiramisu hecho en casa. Nunca pensé conseguir unos cannolis en este lado de la Florida con esta calidad. Mi esposa es fanática y experta en cannolis. Eso significa estoy obligado a pasar muy a menudo por allí.
Pueden pedir delivery y además tienen pastas, sándwiches y lasañas. Por lo tanto si no tienen tiempo y no quieren cocinar, aquí está la solución. De hecho la próxima prueba será la lasaña y las pastas.

Best pizza in the area. They have a good lunch or take out special for their cheese pizza. Try the Greek pizza or Greek salad. Garlic rolls are great too.

Very underwhelming and disappointing. I ordered a pizza and it was just alright, but it seems like they’re not using mozzarella cheese. That’s a HUGE no for me. Also, fries were soggy, limp, and bland. Chicken fingers were alright… hard to mess up something going in the deep fryer though. My favorite part was the honey mustard sauce. Sorry, but I’m just being honest. I don’t think I will be returning.

Is that homemade ravioli??? It tastes like it… wow. either way it’s excellent ! I love this place even more now!

This place delivers straight to the Mack House (which has limited food options — but excellent pretzels). Almost another star for that.
Delivery was in line with the time estimate and the pizza pie was still warm to medium-​warm upon arrival. We ordered a large pepperoni to feed a foursome and it was just the right size. I can’t say it was the best or worst pizza I’ve ever had, but it was sufficient to cure beer hunger.

Haven’t been back here in a while and now I remember why. Ordered the chicken parm sandwich, chicken was thin, dry and chewy. tasted like cardboard. We also ordered the chicken, broccoli pasta with the «lemon» sauce. It was totally flavorless. Never going back again!

If you are looking for a delicious whole wheat crust Garden pizza for take out or delivery, this is the place. Their regular crust is very good too. We order the thin crust and extra done, which is the way to go with whole wheat crust. They offer low fat cheese on their pizzas as well as choice of crust. There is a wide variety of pizzas, pasta, subs and salads.

Amore pizza is incredible. I am a New Yorker who just moved here about 3 weeks ago and I would not be able to tell the difference between their pizza and pizza at home from NYC. Although their pizza is amazing, I order from all over the menu. I have had their salads/​desserts/​cold subs /​hot subs/​pasta dishes — everything and I mean literally everything has been nothing short of amazing and I’m very critical (if you haven’t read my past reviews) as a newcomer to the state I’ve been struggling to find good food but this place honestly is amazing. If u want a sandwich, pasta, pizza, dessert or appetizer this place is the best honestly you will not be disappointed. Oh and they deliver fairly quickly too!

SOLID PIZZA! I usually order a large cheese pie at least here once a week for pickup. It’s usually ready in 10 minutes flat. Always fresh and piping hot. The prices are a lot better than the bigger chain joints. I’ll keep coming.

The staff is always super friendly and their lunch special — 2 slices and a soda for $ 5 — makes this such an easy choice.

My wife and I order their food habitually. I swear the delivery man traveled from Italy himself (I can’t prove this, however).
Food is always hot and great tasting when delivered. I usually get the meatball parmesan sub which is incredible. They charge a nominal fee for delivery, but considering he flew all the way from Venice in 35 minutes– I’m okay with that.

Hmm. Where do I start? I ordered at 12:10PM EST. 3 calls later and nearly 2+hrs and no food. I’ve been there once before, it was decent pizza and service. This time friendly is not a known word in this establishment. The guy answering who I believe is the owner (bald guy) was unapologetically RUDE and dishonest. Initially he said delivery would be 45−1hr. An hr and 15 pass and his response was not friendly at all. A friendly and simple explanation is fine. An hr and 30 minutes and he tells me he’ll call me back after speaking to the driver. No call back and 2 hrs later… Not only do I not recommend ordering from there because of their complete lack of customer service, but their pizza isn’t something you’d crave for.

efficient and delicious! my family has been ordering here for years. its a pretty good go-​to place for quick and delish italian food.
pizza is good, greek salad is decent… but my favorite are the calzones! they aee huge and super tasty.
they have cool/​healthy/​yummy alternatives too, soy cheese, wheat crust. neato.
if you are local and in need of a good pizza joint. give it a shot, they deliver.

If you eat dairy, you are probably still safe, but we got our «usual» the other night and it was very UN-​usual! The order taker advised us that the cheese had changed, but this has happened from time to time, so I figured it would be fine, boy was I wrong :(
I am more sad than you can imagine since this is the only spot I was able to get my delish vegan style pizza.
I didn’t want any of my Unilocalers going on my old review to get the Healthiest Pizza on the Planet and hating it. Try anything else but the soy cheese!!!

Love this place so far. It’s so nice to finally find a healthier pizza and the soy cheese was actually really good. Will def. go again.

I ordered a pizza from here today. I was a walk-​in customer. It was 10:30PM on a Saturday night.
The guy making my pizza should get an award for Most Meticulous Pizza Maker of the Century. One thing I didn’t understand, why did he cut off the extra dough from the outside perimeter of the pizza and throw it away? I would have ate it even it was void of toppings as long as it was still attached to the pie. I think he was attempting a perfect circle. What a waste.
Pizza was OK. I had sausage for my topping. They could have been a little more generous, The slices of sausage were real thin and about two per slice. Crust was good but the «pizza bone» was cut off by Mr. Perfect. NG
They had all sorts of new age pizzas, like Hawaiian and a «healthy» pizza with tofu cheese. They had a cheeseburger pizza and a BBQ pizza. The four cheese, garden blah blah, and on and on. I don’t know who orders those kind of pizzas, I never will. It’s a blasphemy as far as I’m concerned.
Somehow a large was cheaper then a medium. I ate half the pizza standing in the parking lot next to my car. They had one table inside. This is not a sit down place.
