Dunkin’ Donuts

Never coming back here again. I don’t like my order thrown at me whether it’s busy or not. There’s NO excuse for that kind of behavior.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. And I was already hesitant to even go to a DD in the first place. They got my order wrong and the tried to blame me when I clearly told u what I wanted and how. It’s not my fault that they don’t listen. Most of the staff is Hispanic bt I didn’t think they would behave so deliberately racist. If ur black don’t go here. Also when I politely expressed to them that they forgot to give me my other breakfast sandwich one of the employees who was making a sandwich said something in Spanish and his coworkers laughed. Furthermore he started to make this noise like he was annoyed or something. If anyone should be annoyed it’s me. And I am greatly frustrated by their incompetence to take a simple order and make it an ordeal. Last but not least when I got to the highway and started to eat my sandwich I discovered that they messed up yet again. The customer service sucks. The only one employee who had good service and common sense was Isabel. And she became upset when the guy employee was seemingly making fun of my frustration, furthering my conclusion that he was acting like an asshole and mocking me. I wish I got his name. I was so close to telling his manager but I had to get to work

This DD is right on my way to work, so I stop at least once a week. On the weekday mornings, the 7:30 — 8am rush is real, so be prepared if thats about when you’ll be here. I’ve tried it both ways, going through drive-​thru and parking to walk in for service. Parking can be tricky to pull off in their lot due to the line of drive-​thru patrons running through the narrow lot. I regularly see people park in the surrounding business’ lots and walk into this store rather than navigate the busy lot for a closer spot. The drive-​thru has my vote tho, unless the line is so long that it starts interfering with traffic, which I’ve seen more than once at this location.
I’ve never had a problem with drive-​thru service and they are really efficient! That long line will typically go by faster than you’d think, sometimes it’s just long enough to get my mascara on the mornings I didn’t bother with it before leaving. :) Anyway, the times I walked in, I was noticing that the drive thru customers were being served faster than those of us in the store, and once they forgot my wake up wrap. I actually had to argue that I did in fact pay for it, having declined a receipt (apparently a mistake to have done that), and the girl behind the counter acted like she was doing me some big favor by «just making it for me anyway» — I could tell by the look she gave me and her attitude that she just thought I was trying to get a freebie which was pretty offensive. All she had to do was scroll through her past orders on her screen (since mine obviously went past without her noticing) and see the complete order. her attitude was such that it did make me worry that I was wrong, but I looked at my card statement and the total amount I paid was the exact same thing I paid on my next trip and I’m a creature of habit at DD.
Anyway, that was but one small incident overall. Hardly something to keep me from coming back and since the number of problem-​free visits already far outweighs that one incident I will continue coming here, and not even reduce my rating. I’ll just stick to the drive thru. I can multi-​task there anyway! ;)

Stopped by here to redeem an expiring DD Perks reward coupon. It was a Saturday morning around 9:30 AM and the drive-​thru had about three or four cars ahead of me, but the line moved so fast that by the time I ordered and got to the window to pay, the whole process probably took less than five minutes. I was impressed. I ordered a large Dark Roast Iced Coffee and the drink was already ready for me by the time I got to the window. The only downside is trying to get to this location efficiently if you’re not coming from the west or south. It is located on one side of SR 84 with the road directions heading eastward. So if you’re coming from west, you would have to drive a bit more roundabout to get here that entails U-​turning or going through the plaza roads. The fastest way to get here if you’re driving on I-​595 E is to exit on Pine Island Rd and once you exit and merge to SR 84, quickly cut over to the right most lane and make a right turn after the cinema theater as that is where this DD is located at.

I’ve been to better dunkin donuts hit or miss with their ice coffee sometimes it’s great other times not so much but I would advise never to get a egg and cheese sandwich from here order that item a few times and always taste like how bleach would taste yuck ! Definitely has a bleach smell to the sandwich not so great !

Don’t go to this Dunkin donuts! This used to be my go to place but I stopped coming here because they were always out of what I wanted. I came back today for the first time in months and sure enough they didn’t have what I wanted again! How can a donut shop be out of donuts by 10 AM?

This location used to be my go-​to, but as of recent, EXTREMELY disappointed. I understand the morning gets hectic, but there is no excuse for any food order to be furnished to the customer BURNT. My girlfriend was sweet enough to use the drive thru this morning to surprise me with breakfast at the office, only for me to find my two «egg, ham, and cheese wake up wraps» contained NO HAM, just an egg and BURNT (brown/​black) cheese. Whoever bagged these wraps was aware, as they attempted to remove the burnt layer of the outside of the wrap, as to disguise it as fresh; however the wrap was inedible, since it was as hard as a cracker. I used to frequent this location often, but now am considering spending the extra time and money for a meal worth its price elsewhere. It’s sad that someone who works providing food to others would try to pass off inedible food knowingly.

This is my go to DD since it’s close to my house. The other day all I did was pull up to the speaker for the drive thru and he didn’t even ask for my order. Came on the speaker and said my usual order before I could even say a word. I laughed and said yep and drove around. My only wish is that they had more of the specialty donuts later in the day. Sometimes I like to get one after work and they usually never have any made.

I go here almost every morning and the people who work here are the friendliest group of people I’ve ever met. They actually take time to get to know their customers and appreciate them. 5 stars for this location. Quick and they know how to make a great cup of coffee!

The drive through gets it right here! I rarely get the wrong coffee and if I do they have no ego here and fix it up quickly. Lots of good deals on their app too.

Always love Dunkin Donut coffee! Great little breakfast lo-​cal sandwiches. Try the egg white veggie. They even have low carb bagels :)

This dunkin donuts is on top of it. I usually go through the drive thru and it’s very fast. The staff is quick, friendly and efficient. Food and coffee comes out hot and delicious. They’re great about putting napkins in the bags (a lot of places forget and it’s a pet peeve of mine). They have in and outdoor seating as well as conference rooms you can rent out for meetings. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because you have to almost yell your order into the drive thru speaker because of the traffic on 84. Other than that this dunkin donuts is great (usually packed too)!!!
