Great experience there is a great improvement here since I was here last the shows are fantastic and the food is out of this world you must come back and try this place again if you were here when it first opened

Bad service
Poor seating options and arrangement
Food came out lukewarm — obviously sitting under a heat lamp (turned down or too far away)
We came here for a quick bite and ended up dining for over 1.5 hours… Weird considering we watched in anticipation if our waitress would come back to get the check or clear the plates.
They also lied about the whereabouts of the drink menu — again, odd and unnecessary considering other reviews confirmed that a drink menu doesn’t exist here…
Believe it or not, there is a silver lining here — the support staff were on point — once they made their way to our table, that is.

It has been truly a long time since I have had such a wonderful experience. The food was OUTSTANDING! But I have to say what impressed me the most was the service!!! Everyone was extremely attentive and accommodating! And ask for Guy (he was our waiter)… waiter extraordinaire!!!

Is this a joke?
I feel like I’m being pranked and this is a joke.
The place is completely empty and I don’t understand how this place is still in business.
The tables are depressingly empty and the place looks abandoned. There a huge empty space in the middle which is suppose to be a dance-​floor but instead looks like the place could not get more tables.
There are no drink menus and the menu is just a placemat.
Being here just felt… depressing.
I only came here because we had a few minutes before our movie started, which I’m guessing is the only reason people come here.
We ordered a caprese salad. It took forever. Basil was already rotting on the salad. Cheese was not mozzarella. They brought no salt or pepper with the meal.
I can go on and on. But it would be a lot easier to say… just don’t eat here.

Stopped here because we had time to kill before our movie. Walked in the a live band, which is great, but the music was WAY too loud. I am a fan of live music whenever it is available, but we could barely hear each other speak, let alone the server.
There was no hostess when we walked in, but thankfully we were promptly greeted by a server. We decided to sit my the bar. Unfortunately, we were greeted by ants who were wandering the bar.
Our server was very attentive and checked in on us frequently which is a plus and the reason for the second star. We left her a good tip despite the fact that we only purchased a beer and a water.
This establishment has a lot of potential; but, we will definitely not be going back anytime soon.

I’ve been to this place before and it was okay and I tried them for a second time and boy was I happy I went back. You can tell they are doing things to make customers experience better! My food came out faster, my service was way better. I will come back again… keep up with the changes and you guys will get better! I will be back

Service takes forever.
No drink menu.
Menu is not cohesive.
Music is too loud.
Food didn’t even make it to the table an hour after being there.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR!!! Came here for a friend’s birthday celebration, maybe 15 – 20 people. Worst service ever. Glass of water sat empty for so long the ice melted. Server showed up to take our order without her little note pad. Came back 10 minutes later and took the order and then 1 HOUR later the appetizers came out SO COLD you couldn’t even cut into it. Still currently waiting for dinner. FEMA provides better service than this joke of an establishment. Not to mention I got served alcohol and didn’t get carded until after I already order a few drinks. Now a member of the party complained about the cold appetizers to the server and she argued with him. Music so loud you can’t hear the person next to you. I hope management reads these comments and takes action. Sincerely, hungry guest who has been here for 2 hours with no food!

It was a terrible experience. On the upside our waitress did try to make it better and did comp the fish and chips which were inedible. The dirty martini tasted a bit as though the olives went off. I’m never coming back

Wow. It doesn’t get any worse than this. Restaurant was empty and they were over staffed but still the staff ignored us. The food took almost an hour to arrive and was horrible. The drinks are miniature and overpriced. Stay away!

Decent food, but the worst service ever! The restaurant was literally empty, we were the only table, and we had to get up to find our waitress… (She was dancing with the bartender). Place is not cheap, any other restaurant in this shopping center is a better option. Where is the management?

Love the place, no parking problem, a mosaic of events one classier than the other…

I have been out to hundreds of restaurants in my life and this place is by far the worse I have ever seen. Over 30 minutes and not even water, totally lost staff who are not aware of their customers. $ 10 for valet, seriously, this is not South Beach, please save your time and money!!!

Worst experience ever so many people on staff just standing around doing nothing. DJ needs a updated selection of music and the check was so ridiculous your adding your tip in before hand because they know that their services is unprofessional that will be my first and last time there. Management needs to get it together if they want to stay in business.

It seems like it’s better to work at this place than actually dine. The workers were smoking hookah, dancing, wandering around — while our table had all empty drinks and waited at least 20 minutes before a server came back. I literally wanted to take a picture of them smoking hookah in the corner while we all sat at the table angry.
The food came incorrect, was not very good, and overpriced ($ 20 entrees and $ 10 small drinks). The bill also came incorrect and the servers argued with us instead of handling it. No mangers seemed to be available.
There was no one else in the large restaurant except our table — I would expect the service to be immaculate but instead we ended up leaving pissed off and annoyed by the unprofessional staff had to deal with.
The place is nicely decorated but they need some sort of bar rescue or restaurant impossible asap or they will shut down.

There is nothing good about this place. We came for a birthday with a group of 20 and were the only people here. Still we waited almost 20 minutes from ordering s drink to receive anything and this was the theme of the night. We had servers and waiters dancing, hanging out, smoking huka, basically doing anything but what they were supposed to. We’ve waited forever for drinks, the food was wrong and not very good. We were argued with regarding sn incorrect bill, which was finally fixed but took dealing with 3 servers. The service is the worst part, with an empty restaurant I can’t believe how bad it was. On top of everything it’s 10 $ a drink and 15 – 30 for entrees.

Great place, well situated. Always have a good time there.

Friend suggested that we try this place out on a Friday night. Got there and was told that they change Friday’s night to Latin night and that we had to sit outside because the whole inside was reserved …. Then the bartender did not know if happy hour was going on. On top of all of that everything we ordered they were out of.
Will not be returning
