Honey Baked Ham

Stumbled in here on a Sunday afternoon. The place was totally empty but o don’t know why. The sandwiches were excellent! I had the tavern club and could only eat half. Took the rest home for later. My honey had the classic h on a croissant and it was delicious. He also had the broccoli slaw and he loved it. I’m not a fan of raw broccoli, but the raisins and bacon in the slaw make it quite tasty. We were taken care of by Anana S. She was friendly, not pushy, and the place was very clean. Serendipitous find for a lovely lunch.

Oh, how I hate writing mediocre reviews! Let’s start with the good: VERY cute place inside, very clean and welcoming, I loved the décor and cute tables. The girl taking the orders was very, very sweet and nice. The prices were reasonable, but a bit on the high side for what we got. The half tuna fish sandwich and chicken noodle soup combo was delicious (according to my mother, I didn’t try either one). It was a good deal at $ 6.99.
Now… on to what was lacking. We were the ONLY people in the place. All the tables were empty. Being a vegetarian, I ordered just Swiss cheese (no ham) on a croissant with mayo and a little mustard. For an additional $ 2.50, I upgraded to a drink & super-​small bag of ordinary chips (the sandwich should come with a small side!). My mom got the lunch combo of chicken noodle soup, and a half of tuna fish sandwich.
In between ordering and getting our food, something went horribly wrong. The nice girl who took our order also went back and made our food. It took FOREVER for this simple order. My mom finally went back and asked, and she said — it’s coming (she, again, was very nice). We waited and waited some more (I think they went out with a pole and caught the tuna fish). It finally came and my mom liked hers.
My croissant was a little cold — rather than room temp. It was also small and being that it was cold, it was hard. The sandwich had 1 slice of Swiss cheese (see my pic), some tomato and lettuce, mayo & honey mustard, as per my order — so that was correct (tho, I ordered regular mustard, not honey mustard). My complaint is, I was charged the same amount as the ham and Swiss sandwich. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Our bill was just under $ 20 and this lunch was worth about $ 12, not $ 20. Ok, so, you can charge me the same even if I don’t get the ham, but at least put a couple slices of Swiss on there. It was SO skimpy. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to stay there even longer.
I think this place is a place where you go in and buy a big Honey Baked Ham; I think that is their claim to fame. I can’t comment on the ham because I didn’t have it. When we left, we were still the ONLY people in there. Had there been more, the food would have never come out. The girl apologized and was nice about it, but, there was just so much wrong that I probably won’t be back.

This place has great sandwiches at great prices! I honestly cant believe I haven’t discovered this gem until now. All the ingredients are top notch and the service is excellent. I usually get the Tavern Club but I am slowly making my way through the menu. Everything is good. They also have a wide variety of soups and salads, as well as sides. I plan to use their catering service as soon as I have the opportunity. 5 stars.

The most delicious sandwiches! I usually get the boxed lunch with their incredible, moist and flavorful ham, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and their honey mustard sauce on ciabatta bread. They warm the sandwich for me before adding the veggies so the cheese gets nice and melty:) We ordered Honey Baked Ham lunch for our office, everyone enjoyed their sandwiches immensely! Very friendly, great service! Highly recommend!

First time here and my first purchase of a Honey Baked Ham and I am extremely happy! We made a last minute decision to order a ham for Christmas two days before. We walked in and we were promptly greeted by an extremely friendly female. She informed us pf how the process works and we proceeded to the counter to order. We placed our order with another unbelievably courteous staff member that helped us decide what to order. On our way out we were asked if all was to our liking and thanked.
Upon return to pick up our order, I was shocked at the organization that was in place to make pick up and check out quick and stress free. Thank you!
The staff here is like no other. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care. Kuddos to Honey Baked! You rock!
Definitely recommend and will return!
Oh yeah and the food was fabulous!
