Overall it’s a nice location with great deals and some of the staff seems genuinely interested in helping you find what your looking for. A repeat location for me but if you see something cute get it while you see it

I love stopping by Tjmax whenever I am in the mood for shopping and finding deals. Love their home and kitchen section! I always like to stock up on some different accessories in my kitchen. The cutomer service however is not the best. No one really cares if you need anything while shopping. I feel like their only job is to stock shelves and hang clothes. The girls at the fitting room are especially rude! I have also noticed that their cosmetic section has a lot of items that have been opened or what looks like have been thrown to the wall a few times. A lot of those products are definitely not purchase-able. The lotions, creams, and cleansers look old and sometimes have dust on the boxes as if they were sitting on the shelves for months. Also, the makeup such as eye shadow is never kept organized. The eye shadow from most palettes are cracked and spilt all over the inside of the box. Overall, its a hit or miss. Sometimes I find great deals on clothing and other items or i am left disappointed with the lack of originality with their products. I feel like they are always carrying the same things. Lets switch it up a bit! Put some new things in the store, give your customers something new to look forward to!

Went to this location during lunch. What an update! It is clean, everything is organized and they have great merchandise. Lots of brand name purses, and clothes. Their shoe selection is a little bit on the older women style but still nice shoes. The home goods are great too, I wish my apartment was bigger so I could buy more things from here.

I have to be in the mood to shop here. While mostly organized, you still have to «dig» for stuff! Their dress selection for women is limited in comparison to Ross which is right next door but Ross is another one of those stores where you have to go through rack after rack and often times the size 6 items are mixed in with the size 12. This particular TJ Maxx has a nice houseware section. I scored a few Christmas gifts here including some inexpensive truffle oil for a friend of mine who likes to cook. She was so pleased and said it tasted great! My bf has had more success in the men’s department then I have in the women’s. It’s a little more organized and they have several of the same type of shirt on one rack which alleviates the need to dig. It’s definitely worth stopping in for a quick glance if you’re at the Tower Shops.

This store is right by my house, so I stop in occasionally to see what they have since I know that stock at these stores rotates constantly. Generally I don’t have a ton of luck finding clothes since I’m petite and need very small sizes and they have very few. When they are in stock they go very fast. I have found a few and when I do I’m ecstatic. Where I do enjoy shopping here is for bags and shoes and home items. I have found a good amount of clearance shoes from good designer brands for around $ 30. Again I’m a smaller size so generally there are fewer in stock but it’s better than finding a dress in my size. Home items obviously don’t involve a size so finding a set of wine glasses or candles is easy. These things are generally less discounted in my opinion though. What annoys me about this store is that there is ALWAYS a line. It can be 9 am on a Tuesday with 2 customers in the store and you will still wait in line forever to check out. I don’t know why or how but it happens. I’ll continue to come here when I find a good deal. They have better quality items than Ross next door, similar quality to Marshalls in plantation, although that store Is far larger.

I stopped in to find Chia seeds. They have them in the register queue line. They are discounted compared to the grocery store. The checkout process is efficient even though you must wait in line. I always find this store to be clean and well organized. Parking can be issue since there are so many great stores in this plaza.

I shop TJMAXX and MARSHALLS all the time but this particular location i band from my list! The parking is a mission, i could never find any and there are break ins in the lot all the time. The store is out dated compared to other locations and the restroom are terrible. The store is always messy and hot, the entrance has seating for the plaza were people are smoking. The employees and management at this location are always so rude! There is always a argument going on with a customer and an employee and after the customer walks away the employee and manager bad month the customer. Just terrible service!

If you are planning to do some treasure hunting for designer clothing at bargain prices, this is the wrong TJ Maxx to go. I never ever find a thing worth spending my $ on. More popular stores get dibs first, like the one in Sawgrass.

Where do I begin with this let down of a store? I walked in here one weekend and was happy to see how organized it actually was. The purse section was very impressive. Kate Spade, Coach, D&B, Jessica Simpson and a few Italian brands that were unfamilar were all present. As I searched through all the beautiful bags I spotted one that was perfect for me. I cringed a bit when I saw the price tag…$ 69.00 for a brand of purse I’ve never seen before. It was marked down from $ 298.00 so I just figured that’s why my broke ass has never heard of the brand! I decided to splurge and buy it. Upon arriving home, I opened the bag for the first time. In the store they had a security tag that closed the zipper together so I couldn’t have peeked in earlier. Now, when you buy a purse worth $ 298 dollars, you would expect to see a label stitched in or a charm with the name of the designer. I only saw a cheap liner and a crinkled white tag that said«made in China». I took a closer look at the name on the TJ Maxx price tag and realized it was a different name from the one on the manufacturers’ tag. WHAT! This thing was only worth like $ 40. I drove back to the store and they had trouble believing me. I think they thought I made the switcher-roo on one of my personal bags with a tag I swiped off one of their purses. Lucky me, the boss man didn’t mind returning the bag and I got my money back. LESSONOFTHEDAY: CHECKTOSEEIFTHETAGSMATCH!!!
