Round Table Pizza

Ok to start off the pizza is OK and will satisfy you however, it is way to expensive a large pizza costs like $ 23 where I could get the same quality pizza from Little Cezar’s for $ 5. If you want cheap and gods pizza this isn’t your place.

My wife and I went inside at 12:37 to order a pizza for take out. The person taking my order was very cold. It seemed all of the staff was. Like they all were in a bad mood.
Asked my name and was told 18 minutes so we waited in the store and had a lemonade. 1:07 I decided to ask the status of my pie. Low and behold it was in the warmer oven. If I didn’t get up and asked about it it would’ve rotted there.
The attitude of all of the staff was as if they would have rather have been dead instead of been working doing their job. The owner should be told that their week end workers have some serious issues that will repel most people. In fact it was hardly busy when we were there, and it was lunch time on a Saturday.
I don’t mind spending extra fro a good quality pie, but will go some place else for better service

HAVE AGAIN: Round Table pepperoni pizza and the maui zaui pizza are two of my all-​time favorite pizzas. I just really love them and my last 4 reviews were 5 stars. This time, the pizzas were just as wonderful. HOWEVER, the service was completely lacking for paying and picking up my pizzas to go. There was just one customer in front of me who had a very complicated and long order. There was another employee who kept wondering around behind the counter doing odds and ends like checking a computer screen, bringing out ‘reserved’ signs and walking out into the almost empty restaurant. After I had been waiting over ten minutes and the customer in front of me still had not completed her order, this second employee finally came to another register and asked me if she could help! I actually think she was the manager for the evening. By the time she came to take my payment, there were several other people waiting in line. Really bad service which contrasts opposite of the excellent service I had back in December. So, one star this time all because of the service.

This place is pretty pricey for mediocre pizza, plus the buffet is only 11 am-​1pm. Kind of a crappy deal for crappy pizza. Plus it’s 7 $ for unlimited mediocre salad bar.

I called in an order for pick up and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get to the store and was told my order was never processed. Now I’m sitting around waiting for my order because one of the employees forgot to send it through. I love the pizza and the Parmesan twists here but this is just bad customer service.

Honestly, there food is usually pretty good. I gave it 1 star because for the 3^rd time in 2 years, I reserved their room and they double booked it. So, the privacy/​quietness that I assumed I was getting didn’t exist. I would have gone somewhere else. If you book their room, follow up the day before and make sure they didn’t double book it. Or better yet, just don’t do any group events there. Go to Lampost Pizza or Steve’s pizza, they have area’s you can get some quiet/​privacy also and they don’t double book.

I bought one medium and extra large gourmet vegi pizza. While eating we found pretty good size of shrink wrap in the dough of vegi pizza.
When I called them to complain after listening to my complaint I was put on hold for five minutes and then was told they could give me another same pizza free. But i decided to complaint to the corporate office.

I used to love Roundtable Pizza but Davis Roundtable has literally made me hate the company. EVERYTIME I order a pizza from them it’s made wrong. Tonight my family wanted Roundtable so I ordered a pie. Delivery was about an hour so I went and picked it up. When I bit into my slice of pizza to no surprise it was made wrong! I asked for classic sauce instead of the Polynesian sauce but of course they put the Polynesian sauce on my pizza. I called to tell them and they said they would remake it and deliver it to me. This was at 4:45pm. It is now 6:40 and my pizza still has not been delivered. I called and the girl Kristen said the driver may have got lost, ummm she has GPS she’s not lost. I don’t know what too do, I am so frustrated with this Roundtable. They don’t listen, and they always screw up my order. My family has always ordered Roundtable since I was a kid, and we never experienced the incompetence we experience at Davis Roundtable. I am beyond annoyed!

I ordered online at 6 and now it’s 8:20 and no pizza yet! I called and they said that they only have one driver and he should be there soon!!! if you don’t have enough drivers why would you take delivery orders! I have guests and i’m so embarrassed and mad!

Pros:
— Wombo Combo: really good, great blend of veggie and meat, super cheesy, generous on tomato sauce, crispy bottom, fluffy crust
— wings juicy and tender. Better than wing stop .
Cons:
— super slow service
— slightly oversauced wings

Typical Round Table when it comes to delivery (and not necessarily a bad thing). A little bit overpriced, but definitely the best tasting of all of the pizza chains.
Now then, been to their pizza buffet twice.
Pros: Despite it not being the biggest Round Table I have been too, and this leading to a somewhat chaotic atmosphere, both times the staff is always courteous, polite, and prompt in fulfilling requests. Got there right when it started the first time, and I find it refreshing that the pizza is made fresh, not premade and just heated up.
Cons: The second time, there was a fundraiser going on for an elementary school. Being very boring (in that I only like plain cheese), it was very hard to get this in ample supply, as locusts between 1^st and 8^th grade would swarm. I would think with a little common sense, next time there is a planned fundraiser such as this, the staff would make extra cheese and pepperoni, and less combo and veggie pizzas when there is a mad rush for the buffet. Despite this, the staff was still polite and did their best to get fresh cheese pizzas out there.
Despite the crowd, the buffet experience on Tuesdays is well worth the money. Good staff, and good tasting pizza

This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with pizza. We called round table to order pizza at 6pm on a Sunday, and they said it would be there in 30 min. 1 hour later when it still had not arrived we called and they said it would arrive in another 20 min. 30 min later (now it has been an hour and a half) we call again and they tell us it is JUST NOW finishing up in the oven. So then we say okay, 20 min later they call apologizing and give us a coupon for a free pizza in the future. 30 min later the delivery man finally arrives, we get the pizza and sit down to eat. First thing we notice– it’s cold. Second thing we notice– it’s THE WRONG PIZZA. We call back, at this point pissed, and they tell us they will bring our actual pizza in the next 30 min… Never been so disappointed with a delivery service. Save yourself the hours of waiting and don’t do round table

Great pizza but the fact that I came for the buffet and they only rotate the pizza only so often sucks! !! The whole point in buffet is all you can eat but here you have to wait to get another slice of pizza which defeats the purpose. This is my 2^nd time coming and the same issue. …

I came for their Tue Pizza Buffet.
I am the worst person for buffets but this place was pretty sparse. Only two pizzas are put out at a time along with garlic twists and cinnamon sticks. Their pizza is really greasy but I really like it once I have napkin patted it down enough.
Their salad bar was really fresh and had a lot of options which was great since you are at a pizza buffet!

Wow. We won’t be coming back ever. We have been here twice for their lunch buffet. Service lacks big time. They would bring out one pizza at a time every 20 minutes. Really?! They never have your basic pizza such as pepperoni or cheese. We kept asking when they would be bring out more pizza and they would respond soon. I really wanted to get my money back it is not worth it. We had salad pretty much and a few slices that I didn’t really care for. I just wanted to try to get my moneys worth. This place blows. The only thing decent is the salad bar but they need to dry off the salad they seem to soak or drench the lettuce in water not cool. This is the only pizza buffet in Davis and it is not worth a penny.

The salad is normally very fresh. they have lots of choices for pizza. atmospheres casual and there are TVs all around to keep you entertained if you’re into sports. Josh is also a great employee.

It honestly doesn’t even deserve that one star. I ordered the Maui Zaui and it basically tasted like those cheap frozen pizzas you buy and stick in the oven. Horrible.

I came here for the lunch buffet and honestly expected to be greatly disappointed. However, I was pleasantly surprised!
There are like 4 varieties of different pizzas you can choose from for the buffet, and the workers replace the pizzas when they are about to run out. In addition, there will be 1 breadstick option, which will be either garlic cheesy bread or cinnamon break.
However, what won me over was the salad bar. There have spinach and many many different options, such as strawberries, baby corn, and sun flower seeds.
If you think of this place of an all you can eat salad bar with some pizza on the side, you will feel so much better, than if you just stuff your face with pizza. Go for the salad! it is healthier anyways!

Not a huge fan of this location.
We ordered a large veggie pizza and it was okay. For $ 25 I was expecting more I guess. The dough was still kind of doughy and had just a bit of an odd taste to it. The veggies we ordered tasted good though. Also it was unsettling because when we went into the establishment they had probably about 25+ flies near the drinks and salad bar. That really made me not want to eat the salad or pizza bar there…

Pizza is usually good here. Salad bar is very hit or miss. Often a bit messy and sometime cucumbers are pretty sketchy looking. Place is clean but lighting is a but dim. Bathrooms are clean. Tuesday night has an all you can eat pizza buffet.
Ok beer selection and all Pepsi products at soda machine.
