The Used Phone Store

I’ve used this place twice now to get my iphone fixed. It is hands down the cheapest place I’ve seen. $ 60 for a Verizon iPhone 4s screen fixed on the same day (takes about an hour) or $ 50 for it to be done by the next day.
Both times, the owner went above and beyond to get my screen fixed when it was messed up, and I mean MESSED UP. This last time, my screen was completely black and shattered. There was no picture whatsoever. The owner fixed this up in less than an hour. The first time, there was damage with some stuff under the screen as well and he actually ran out to get a replacement part for me in order to fix that problem in addition to the shattered screen without even charging me anymore.
Would def recommend especially since it’s the cheapest option that I’ve found.

I had a very pleasant experience here. The fellow who helped me was very kind and had an awesome and affordable solution to my iphone woes. He offered to lend a samsung galaxy until I could have my iphone repaired at the mac store. I instead purchased a $ 15 no bells and whistles phone which works great and sounds clearer than my iphone. I’m glad I stumbled upon this store. They had an awesome + economical solution and the guy was very friendly. PS look up at the ceiling, there’s 2 cute little beaver heads popping through.

Do not go here to get your iphone screen repaired. I took my iphone screen here to get repaired because I had dropped it and it had cracked, well yeah. I had to leave my phone with the guy overnight, even though I had dropped it off early afternoon. Then a couple of days after picking it up the next day I noticed that my phone froze when I tried to use facetime. It would show no image at all, just black. I even did all the recommended troubleshooting and updates to IOS. Even after I had initially dropped the phone and it had cracked the front camera worked, so I’m assuming it must have been him accidentally doing something wrong or not putting the equipment and machinery back together okay. I’ve researched the problem and it usually occurs from damage to the motherboard. I would recommend you going somewhere else because this guy obviously doesn’t know what he is doing since he is probably going home to watch some youtube video to fix it. Now I probably have to spend more money to get the front camera replaced because every time I try to take a selfie it frustrates me. Invest a little more and go somewhere else.

I dropped my iPhone on Sunday and smashed the screen.
I swung by the AT&T Store Monday because I vaguely remember that I bought insurance with my phone. Found out they do not repair phones, they get you another and they don’t even arrange it for you, you have to go home and either call of go on line to an outside provider. I was given a web address. It was wrong! Finally got through to a human who said it would be $ 200 and I’d have a new phone in the mail in two days. I hung up. Recalled seeing a banner that said iPhone screen repair $ 50.
Walked to the Used Phone Store that is literally around the block. They had my screen in stock.
I had my phone back by Tuesday afternoon. Good as new.
