I love love love bad frog. They switch there yogurts every month. Island banana is amazing tho I have to say… They also have a boat load of toppings. This is by far the best frozen yogurt place in the U.S. in my oppinion

We love this place and go out of our way to go there. Yes it is frozen yogurt so maybe five stars is too high, but I’m basing it on other frozen yogurt establishments. This Bad Frog location is very clean and has well trained staff. There are numerous flavors and many toppings. There are generally coupons and it is part of the Spot On program. If you like frozen yogurt, give this location a try.

I don’t get what the hype’s all about… it’s soft-serve frozen yogurt from a tube. Too sweet for my tastes and just eh. Sure they’ve got a lot of sugary crap to put on your sugared frozen yogurt, but that’s about it. The cashier seemed confused, or her and I just weren’t jiving, one of the two. She asked me if my order was«for here or to-go» literally three times which was awesome.

Alright so you’re great. Service. Cleanliness. Options. Pricing Stars deduction is not really your fault. Because it’s what you’re selling, bad frog. The product is the problem. If you’re like me, asian, and really want authentic frozen yogurt of korean proprietorship, like pink berry or red mango, this is not it my friends. This yogurt is overly sweetened and Americanized. These yogurt places are popping up all over the place… and I can’t stand it almost as much as I can’t stand the spin-off of boy meets world. Great roots, no roots of its own. Big minus for no mochi, despite having boba. Big plus for the manager giving out free coupons! So go! If this is you’re thing, you might live in a suburb or drive a minivan.

Not very good. Everything has a funny taste. Drive up the street to Ritters. There is another frozen yogurt place at the Green that has the same kind of setup and much better quality.

I went to the Bad Frog on Brown Street on June 5th to use my Groupon that had expired the day before. I went to the West Chester location that I did not know it closed and I went there to use my Groupon. On June 5th I asked nicely if I could be given a break and use my full Groupon and was told«No» by the manager on duty. She was not very pleasant to talk to. Did not smile or say how are you doing etc. I am very disappointed in my experience at this location. I run my own business and this is not how you run a business. This video comes to my mind that I show all my new employees.

I was impressed yet overwhelmed with Bad Frogs fro-yo selection. I had Cake Batter with fruit and thought is was fantastic. With lots of options for toppings you can let your taste buds run wild. There isn’t a lot of seating so if it’s busy you may be taking yours to go. That’d be good in the summer but fall and winter not so much. Overall I definitely recommend making a pit stop here.

So. At least it’s froyo– but it’s wannabe froyo and it’s heavier and sweeter. Who doesn’t have the original tart flavor as one of the menu items? Vanilla and French vanilla(why do you need two of these?) is not the same as the original tart! If you want your froyo covered in chocolate, canned fruit, and marshmallows. Then yes– perfect sugar high. However, I will def drive down to Yoba for better froyo in the area. Yet– it doesn’t hurt that this place always have groupons and Unilocal deals.

I love bad frog. Though i don’t always agree with their ice cream selections, I can always enjoy it. They have so many toppings, and even when I am feeling the need to create the most excessive creation, it has never cost me more than $ 5. Long live Bad Frog!

Best yogurt in town… This is not«mediogurt»(word Invention!) Their toppings and flavors far surpass any other. The best part of our whole experience there was the staff. We got there after they had closed(our fault) and were going to walk away and the manager unlocked the doors and invited us in. The employees were fun and helpful– something not found anymore. The place is spotless too!

It would have been a 5 star but the cake batter flavor wasn’t working and that’s my favorite! However it was fantastic! Keep in mind the price is by weight. My friend mark learned the hard way.

While I liked the concept of the serve yourself yogurts and toppings this yogurt was not as smooth as its competitors locally and nationally. It had a somewhat grainier consistency(among the five of us we tasted each flavor). The variety of flavors was wide but the vast majority were much more tart than our preference. And there were lots of different toppings(including chocolate covered strawberries) but NOWETNUTS??? I do not understand the dearth of wet nuts at Midwestern yogurt stands. The shop had a BOGO offer which was probably better for most customers than the Unilocal deal. Three of us together had barely over $ 10 in the huge small serving cups.

I’ve been to a few weigh-then-pay froyo places as of late, but nothing takes the cake like Bad Frog. From their wide selection of yogurts(at least 2x as many flavors as your typical chain) to their original flavors to their intelligent pairing setups, Bad Frog truly is the place to be for froyo. The only complaint I have is the seating. This place is designed for take-out with the bar-stool seating that can hold maybe 10 people, but with frozen yogurt, you can only take out so far until it becomes yogurt soup. But the experience and variety that Bad Frog offers far outshines this minor setback.

Looking for a new, yummy place to get a treat? Look no further. In the UD campus area, parking in the rear. LOTS of flavors and toppings. Great staff, very helpful. Check them out!
