Showed up at 5:10, my car was brought in at 5:13, and inspection was done by 5:20. Several extra services were offered, but there was no «hard sell,» just a list of recommended services and an explanation of each one. I decided to take a full synthetic oil instead of conventional, as well as tire rotation, for what I felt was a very reasonable price in line with my expectations. I can definitely recommend, and expect to be back in six months-ish to do the recommended services.
Speaking of those recommended services, I was actually told that I didn’t need one of them yet, and was shown the air filter to prove it, so that was nice.

I can say I did not have a good experience at all. They didn’t tighten my drain plug so I lost a lot of oil. They told me I needed new brakes, and that I waited too long to get my brakes replaced so I needed roters too. My boyfriend lives 400 miles away and is a technician so I had him double check for me. My brakes are fine and nowhere needing replaced. I will never go back here. Even though I only see my boyfriend a few times a year, I will wait till my visits with him to have any work done on my car. Seriously disappointed with these guys. Trying to take advantage of me because I’m a female isn’t cool. Would give zero stars if I could
