This location is the worst!!! I frequent this place almost daily and I will need to find another location. Upon receiving my order at the drive through, I told her thank you when she handed coffee to me and she responded with a «yep»!!! Really? You should be thanking me! I was shocked and called the manager to report the baristas rudeness after I waited in line for a coffee for 25 mins and paid 5.00 all I get is a «yep». The manager was the worst… she told me that she just hired a bunch of new people and they’re just not nice! Well then why in the hell did u hire them? Rediculous. Shocking.

So glad this location is open! Great service – friendly staff! No need to wait around for a «pour-over» like other locations. They offer up equivalent of decaf in a flash!

Let me start by listing the good parts of my few visits here: 1) They have a drive thru 2) My drinks always taste good. Okay, that’s all. Now my reasonings for the low star rating…
The barista told me I had a very complicated order and asked me to repeat it four different times, no exaggeration. So on the fifth time I said it as slow and as loud as I could: «Hot chocolate. With 2 pumps of caramel. The largest size you have.» Still not sure where the confusion was as it seems pretty basic to me, but my real problem was not that I was asked to repeat my order so many times. It was the barista acting like I was a bother for ordering my «complicated» drink. First no no in customer service.

The workers are very fast and super friendly. This is a great location. The great part about this Starbucks location is: after all the hussle and bussle of shopping at the stores (close to this location: Walmart), you can come here and just relax. They even have a nice round table to have a little work or friendly meeting around. The décor is from Dayton of the past. This location has the only Clover brewer in the entire state of Ohio.

Drive thru! Beautiful ambiance and plenty of seats! I was pleasantly surprised by the new color scheme of this new Starbucks location and giddy about a drive thru. The employees are really nice and it’s normal Starbucks fare!
