Just wanted to say I am disgusted with the customer service from this particular store. On Monday my wife and I went through the drive thru. I simply asked for a medium black coffee with 5 ice cubes in it to cool it down. Evidently the immature high school server on the microphone has no concept that the coffee is very hott, because she stated «did you just say 5 ice cubes» (in a very sarcastic way). I responded with a «yes» and she stated «well ok I’ll make sure I count the ice cubes for you».
Needless to say she refused to come to the window and let me talk to her about her attitude and put her boyfriend in the window, which gave me a iced coffee «the wrong order». I recommend to stay away from this place, because the ownership obviously doesn’t monitor their employees.
