I was so excited to get a Starbucks coffee on my lunch break. The girl at the counter ruined my day She acted like I wasn’t there and took 15 minutes off my lunch. There was only one person in front of me I asked for a tall and was given a kiddie cup size coffee .I had to get back to work so I just dealt with it. I work retail so I know about the customer being number one .I wasn’t rude. She ruined all the excitement of going to my favorite place! I hope when I go back I’m not invisible The coffee deserves 5 stars but the service at the counter is lacking

This is a pretty great Starbucks location. Only downside is it seems to be busy at every single time of day! The baristas are quick, but when theres 10 people waiting, they can only be so quick. Drinks are consistenly good as well as customer service. Clean atmosphere with plenty of space to work indoors or out.

Service was quick today, coffee is delicious as usual but the checkout girl forgot my pastry and then when she did get it she didn’t warm it up or anything :/​it also didn’t taste that fresh and this was like 10am so. …
The blonde who has worked there awhile is very good and efficient, gets things done.

In all the years I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location I’ve never had bad service. Every barista has always been more then accommodating & friendly. They are great help if you’re not quite sure what you want but know what you like. Just ask for a suggestion & they’ll find the drink for you. Every now & then my drink doesn’t taste to my likening but it’s never been a problem. The baristas have always been willing to remake it. Seriously come see the Mad River store these guys know their Starbucks coffee!

Nice location and the employees are fantastic. Great place when the weather is nicer as they have nice outdoor seating. I just wish they had more indoor space to sit at as it gets really busy.

Not my favorite Starbucks. I cringe when I see one particular barista (ugh, hated even typing that) on the day shift who makes you feel like you are a complete bother. She is salty and takes short cuts in making you order. Seems to me that at the price we’re paying, she could make your order like she is supposed to and not skimp to make it easier on herself. I’ve seen her actually toss things like drink carriers, etc. at people when they dare to ask her for something. I imagine they have her in the drink making position to keep her away from customers as much as possible. If it weren’t for the sweet cashiers & the convenience of the location I’d never go back there.

This Starbucks is open until 11:30PM!!! And it’s right near where I’m staying! This place is steadily busy but the line moves… The usual great coffee, and very clean and pleasant. Staff is very nice and professional.

this Starbucks is a nice little Starbucks with outdoor seating pretty much like the rest of them. no drive thru, but fairly quick inside, they are very friendly and this is the spot my wife goes to every time she is in town here and needs to get some school work done. i have had the soy latte with a shot of white chocolate and white mocha latte and strawberry’s and cream frappé, many others and they are all so yummy!

Since it’ 24 hours you would expect all the baristas to be hopped up on caffeine and cranky, but the service is good, the baristas are friendly and good humored, and the coffee is great.
