Let me start by saying Tim Hortons has the best English Toffee Cappuccino and blueberry muffins. We travel a lot and don’t currently live in an area with a Tim Hortons so finding them when traveling is a treat! We’d been going to one near our hotel but they were always out of the muffins. My husband called this location and the wonderful lady working tonight said they were out of muffins but if we gave her 10 minutes she would have a couple ready for us! Most Excellent customer service! 5 stars because of an act of great kindness! Thank you to the kind lady that made my night!

Let me start by saying this should be a 2 star review, but I love their coffee too much. This particular location is extremely hard to get to if you are heading south towards the mall. You have to plan ahead to cut through Kroger’s parking lot and wrap around the intersection to avoid both«no left turns». I generally avoid getting food, because it is just reheated pre-manufactured stuff during breakfast. The one time I did try it, my egg hadn’t been completely defrosted. The coffee is their saving grace! It is always the same smooth taste every visit. Just remember to ask for a sleeve now, as they don’t put them on by default anymore. I wonder how much money they are really saving in cardboard?

Unable to order hot cider, machine was broke and asked for a refund on the cold globby hot chocolate. Pastry was kind if stale at 2 p.m. Need I say more?

I wasn’t sure that they were in business when I drove into the parking lot. The darkened glass keeps the lights dim and the lack of cars in the lot made me think that it was closed, or worse, out of business. Adding to this, the Unilocal mobile app did not find the place. Entering the store, I saw that they were quite open with two people working there with one at the register. I ordered a panini and iced tea. He didn’t seem very sure of what he was doing, but he seemed more relaxed than«laid back», so maybe it was just his way. Strangely, he mentioned white and whole wheat but not multi-grain bread whereas other stores ask me if I want white or multi-grain. As he was standing there with the sandwich being heated, he asked the other employee if they should make more of a soup and she just seemed to ignore him. This also seems odd for Tim Hortons, where they’re usually cheerful and enthusiastic. The food was good and the sweetened tea was interestingly not too sweet, which is a plus for me. The tables were messy and the chairs were askew. It wasn’t horrible, but it showed that no one really cared. I’m just wondering if the company’s district manager has seen this store recently or if the people during the week days keep them satisfied.

Yum. Yum. Yum… I’d like a #4 on a wheat bagel with sausage and cheese. That’s all i need to get me going in the morning. The food here is great and perfect for a quick pit stop. The service inside is a bit slow, but what good breakfast place isn’t? Go through the drive through and everything is dandy the majority of the time. And it is CHEAP
