I was in the area and it had been a while since I went to Burger King. I get there and there is a short line for lunch time. One guy is standing off to the side talking on his phone so I go past him and get in line. The lady at the front won’t get off her phone long enough to give her order. When they give her exactly what she orders she admits she screwed up and asked for a different burger. The guy who was talking yelled that he would buy it cause he was in a hurry. So they let him skip ahead of all of us just to buy one cheese burger. When I finally get up I order a spicy chicken sandwich medium combo. When I get my food, which the people behind me got theirs before me BTW, the manager asks if I need ketchup. I said yes and he gingerly hands me two packets. Really!!! My «spicy» chicken sandwich was a regular one with a small dab of what I assume is their saracha sauce. It was not spicy at all. Long story short skip this place. The people act like they are clueless and can control unruly people.

I really do enjoy breakfast at Burger King however I cannot bring myself to give them more than 1 star as I always end up throwing away the greasy hash browns… I do like hash browns«that is why I order & pay for them»… Ughhhh get it right already people

The basic hamburger, $ 1.07, is an excellent value. I asked for the cheapest burger they had and to my pleasant surprise, got a cheese burger!

Although I AM a fan of this location, I do have some complaints. The homeless thing IS a problem but not because I have ever been accosted inside the restaurant. I was actually waiting for the store to open one morning – they need to change their signage to reflect that their drive-thru window opens at 6:00 a.m. but the restaurant itself doesn’t open until 7:00 a.m. Had this been clearly communicated anywhere on the windows or doors, I would have gone to the 24-hour Kroger nearby to wait until the Burger King was open. So, anyway, I was hanging around by the front door and this car with tinted windows pulls up. The driver side window comes down and some skinny little jerk says, «Hey, you wanna suck my d**k?! I know you homeless will do anything for a little cash or food!» I couldn’t believe it! I yelled, «Go f*ck yourself, you stupid bastard!» but I was scared, too, after I said it because he was in a car and I was standing on the sidewalk. Dude hit the gas and took off. I wish I had gotten his license plate number. I’m not homeless and I was dressed nicely but this creep really made me feel badly for the homeless who get harassed. Homeless men and women don’t usually approach me because out in public, I wear my «don’t talk to me!» look and I have a buzz cut. Most people are intimidated by a woman with a buzz cut! LOL. This location needs to hire a security guard. Food is typical B.K. I love their breakfast platters and French Toast sticks. Awful for you but they taste SO good!

I’ve noticed a difference whether you go at night or during the day. Basically, you are much more likely to get a decently put-together burger in the day than at night. The last time I went during the day, I got a Whopper that almost looked like the picture! Conversely, I’ve made a couple of late night runs that resulted in sandwiches that I pretty much had to reassemble. Customer service is usually fine. There is the occasional employee who looks like he/she would rather be anywhere else. But I’ve never encountered an outright rude employee. Also, this all pertains to the drive-thru, as I’ve never actually gotten out of my car and been inside. You know, ‘Merica fuck yeah! and whatnot. Overall, it does just fine to satisfy my rare Whopper craving.

So this location is a really good one, near a lot of other stores and restaurants, so I’ve been twice. You would have thought after the first time, that I wouldn’t go back. But I decided to give it another chance, since it was on the way home. Both time I have been here, two separate homeless men accosted me and my friends while in the store, asking for money. I mean, come on. The management was not responsive either time, choosing to let the homeless guys wander around the restaurant. For how long, I’m not sure, because me and my friends decided to leave. It’s enough to make anyone uncomfortable, and I will never again come back to this place, since they let homeless people accost their paying customers.

This Burger King is the WORST! I live down the street and have come multiple times with a consistent theme of multiple problems. One time I used a coupon, which royally messed up the cashier. She even said«I’m about sick of people using these coupons.» Maybe you should have figured it out by now how to ring up an extra value meal for a $ 1 less. Not my problem. MANAGEMENTISDESPERATELYNEEDEDHERE. They can’t get my orders right. This place is embarrassingly bad. AVOIDAVOIDAVOID!

Very clean, spacious, and as it was mentioned in another review, perfectly located if you’re getting work done at the tires plus. You already know what’s on the menu so if you’re stuck in the area, or even just coming out of the Kroger grocery store, pop on in

My car has spent a lot of time at the Tires Plus at the intersection of Dekalb Industrial Way and North Decatur over the past year. This Burger King has saved me from many an hour of sitting in their waiting area and watching trashy TV. As far as BK lounges go, this one is tops: very spacious, clean(even the bathrooms), has power outlets for laptop users, and plays a great mix of music at a reasonable volume. Some days it’s been solid alternative rock from the 90s, other days(like today) it was pleasantly ungrating jazz., but most importantly, it’s never been a schizophrenic mix of genres. I don’t have kiddos, but I’m sure folks who do would appreciate the ginormous two-story play contraption in the walled-off second room of the eating area. The only thing that could make this location better would be if it was a wireless hotspot.
