Wendy’s

I used to come a lot in 5 or 6 years ago! they were really nice and educated group of staff worked there! NOW;… No way I can accept to come back.
awful customer service, staff all are New, floor is dirty, Hello… You see me but why you not saying anything or taking my order (Mr. Tyson).
I drove there because I have to drop something in neighborhood, I needed to used WIFI and that place was the most friendlier place to use WIFI. I parked my car stayed in the line which was totally empty, there was a guy he noticed I’m waiting to give the order, after 3 min (That’s stupid but just horsing around without saying «ill be w/​you shortly»). I asked him about «Do you have Unseated tea?» he just looked around and said «yes!». well He took the empty cup and filled w/​ice and drop couples of ice around the table… and then he noticed and drop the ice ON THE FLOOR! and I noticed then, how much the floor, behind the counter was dirty?
I can’t understand why people can turn to be stupid like an animal in laboratories?
Well this is Atlanta and you can find a great food, and customer service everywhere! Do not waist your time to go to this place, PERIOD.

So, my mini-​me and I stopped by to pick up a quick bite after running errands on Wednesday. This was around 2:00 pm. The drive thru line was long as hell and it took them forever. They got my order wrong but luckily I checked my bag before driving off. It’s fast food so I don’t expect much but yeah… I am not sure what was up with them on this particular day.
OH yeah, the lady didn’t even give me a damn straw, so they lose a star for that!

While everyone else was praying, we bought nuggets. Cheap and efficient, just the thing at quarter past eleven to get my wife through a three-​hour class. Sure, we had to go back for the sauce and ketchup, but that’s par for Decatur fast food. At least the main order was right.
