I bought a car from Fine Line Auto. I had the misfortune to have picked this place for buying my car in December 2015. The exciting, joyful process of buying a car was made a nightmare by this place. They described the car as in excellent condition with no problems, ready to go. But, when they delivered the car, it was immediately apparent that it was missing the second set of keys, replacement of which cost me $ 200. The GPS didn’t work because they didn’t provide the software maps which should have come with this. After mechanic’s inspection of the car, I had to invest another $ 1,000 in repairs and tires just to pass the inspection for registration. Plus I was told there would be more expenses shortly down the road because I would need new rotors soon(this is a 2014 car). All this, even though the dealer Mo told me the car had no problems and that the tires had life left on them. Because my mechanic had to explain to Mo what tire wear indicators are, this guy obviously knows nothing about cars. They also promised to send me the title overnight after my payment cleared, but it took a whole week of me complaining to them about 5 times a day for them to finally get it to me. Conclusion: those guys were unprofessional, and lied to my face. Cannot recommend.
