The parking lot was full so I opted for the drive-thru. At the window, I was asked if I’d like nuggets instead of tenders because the tenders would take 3 minutes to cook. I said I didn’t mind waiting and parked in a handicapped spot with my hazards on, as instructed. I went in to get a refill and was questioned by the manager about when I had purchased my drink because apparently, «When the cup is handed through the window it has technically left the premises and we don’t know how long you’ve had that cup.» I love Chick-fil-a but this location was awful. I’m used to Chick-fil-a having outstanding customer service so this incident was a little magnified I guess. I’m usually quasi-annoyed by how helpful and nice Chick-fil-a employees are. Oh, and when I got the tenders they were cold, clearly old and in pieces as if they were the scraps. Why did I have to wait in the first place if I was gonna just get served old tenders? Sad thing, this is the only location near my new apartment, so I’ll be going back. I guess I just hope someone from Chick-fil-a sees this and their customer service improves.

This location is great at pushing through the line quickly. With the courthouse across the street, the lunch period is chaotic. I needed to wait a little bit longer before I was able to receive my food order, and was presented with a couple of complimentary vouchers for a next visit, for having to wait. I had another person in my party waiting with me for my food so they also received vouchers! Very genuine and thoughtful team staff.

Love this place! Chickfila’s usually have the best customer service, and this place definitely does! Love the managers. Lines can be long, but they move fast.

So… I live in a state that doesn’t have chic fil-a and I miss it terribly. When we come back home for visits I eat it as many times as possible. Classic chicken sandwich with cole slaw spilling over the sides. This is the main one I frequented when I lived in Decatur so I know a little about the service here. It’s always busy, but the workers are courteous and efficient.

This Chick-Fil-A is 5+ thumbs up! It is one of the best, and the only Chick-Fil-A that offers outstanding service. I usually order through the drive through, in which the lines can be long, but its well worth the wait. The staff is mainly composed of high school students, but they are all friendly and take their jobs seriously. They even go above and beyond to ensure that you are a satisfied customer with lemonade refills and asking the manager to help them with a transaction before swiping your card.

Coming from Boston, we only have 2 Chick-Fil-A’s in the entire state and neither of them serve breakfast. I lived here for a year and come to visit Atlanta frequently, and look forward to their breakfast every time. The food is so delicious, I have absolutely no complaints about any of my orders(coming from a picky eater). The service here is nice too. There are all young kids that work here and they’re all extremely professional and polite. Once I came here and there was a rude cashier(out of 50 other times) and he ended up getting fired. It’s nice that they care about both customer service and their food.

This was my first time eating chick fil a ever and it was good… They don’t get 5 stars bcuz the fries needed salt and I had a cup full of ice I took two swigs and my drink was gone… I had the tenders I loved those a lil too much skin but good… those waffle fries tho once salt was applied was good I will visit again maybe not here but back home(CALIFORNIA)

Chain fast food restaurants serve the same food as the chain, so there should not be any variability, except when there is. The major difference between this Chic-Fil-A and every other is the super high quality of the soon-to-be-at-a-college-near-you workforce. The young folks — and they are young — that work at this Chick-Fil-A are consistently polite and professional. Admittedly, I do not dine in a lot. But excellent service guaranteed is worth a lot, when the Atlanta fast-food experience is typically one of someone angry as all hell that you decided to ask them what their restaurant sells. Here, the food is consistently great and the service is better.

I love this location because I can get in and out in under 8 minutes every time. The drive-thru staff is very friendly and super fast. They always give me two sauces instead of one, also, so big thumbs-up for that! I like my fries swimming in Chick-Fil-A sauce.

I can’t believe I am actually reviewing a Chick-Fil-A. Well, there’s a first time for everything. The service was friendly. Place looked clean even though I didn’t stay to eat there. Major complaint is that it is so difficult to find and maneuver into the parking lot. Maybe cos I don’t live there, navigation was having a hard time finding it.

I believe this store is operating in the twilight zone… too much to go into… Least favorite of any chick-fil-a I’ve been. PS Please don’t drag big open garbage containers by me to tables while I’m sitting there with food exposed… come on

This a review for all Chick-Fil-As(frankly they are all the same unless you opt to complain about a specific costumer service experience at specific location and that ain’t my style). Politics aside, I love me some Chick-Fil-A and the awkward, teenage, workforce that serves it. Chick-Fil-A is the quintessential fast food staple of the south. The west coast has In and Out. The north-east has White Castle. This is our offering to the global fast food conversation. A noteworthy addition indeed. Chicken sandwich(choose your style), waffle fries, homemade lemonade, and icedream soft serve desserts are fit for the gods. May they be good. May they enjoy Chick-Fil-A.

Really great store. I typically only get breakfast items here when I am in the n-hood, but all my recent experiences have been pretty great.

After trying three different Chick-Fil-A locations and putting up with a dozen school Spirit Nights, I can say with certainty and conviction that Chick Fil A is the most overrated garbage since Dunkin Donuts’ «coffee.» I will start with the chicken. It’s bland white meat with a gross coating. The stuff in the generic packaging in the Kroger freezer tastes better. It’s so full of unpronounceable ingredients – I can’t say which one is most prevalent. The fries make me sick. For real. It must be the petroleum by-product that they’re cooked in. It doesn’t taste like something that humans are meant to consume. The worst product(don’t call it «food» because it doesn’t meet enough criteria) is anything with the imitation ice cream in it. It has a greasy plastic consistency, and the aftertaste screams«Exxon Valdeez!» There are many people who are so used to grilling with lighter fluid that, if you give them a burger and it DOESN’T taste like butane, they can’t eat it. This is the only explanation I can come up with for Chick Fil A: People grew up eating this horrible-tasting garbage, and they are so used to it, they can’t imagine a chicken sammich that DOESN’T taste like dumpster diver rejects. D-d-don’t believe the hype.

Somehow, Chick-Fil-A has gotten me to fall in love with them even more. The new chicken strips are so so good, bigger, and really juicy. And the new«Chick-Fil-A Sauce»? It is like a barbecue and honey mustard mixed together… it may not sound great, but it is all I have been eating lately.(To understand the magnitude of me putting down the Polynesian, read my previous review. It is that good.) I blame the Christians. They know how to suck you in!

When I first found out I was coming to Atlanta for a few days, I thought a lot about what I wanted to get out of the experience. The culture, the buildings, the little neighborhoods, some hotlanties(that’s Atlanta Hotties and yes you can borrow that one), some good food, some local laughs and of course a mother truckin Chick-Fil-A, bitches! I’ve only been blessed with this fried chicken patty of goodness in a bun once in a mall just outside of LA, but here, oh here they are all around you and it makes my wee little heart do a happy dance! Or maybe that’s the grease clogging my arteries. Either way, Chick-Fil-A is worth a stop and when you do stop in here, please write me and explain why the«BEEFIZ A PARTEEPOOPER» sign on the cow was necessary? Thanks.

During our entire trip, the girls kept going on and on about Chick-Fil-A, so we managed to hunt one down and stopped here for a late afternoon lunch. I have to say they were right. Their classic sandwich was unlike any fried chicken sandwich I ever had. It looked and tasted like a real chicken breast and was really moist and juicy. It was pretty damn good for fast food. Yes, I’m giving it 5 stars. This branch seemed brand spanking new and was über clean. You know a place has got it right when they take pride in even organizing their salt, pepper, ketchup and mayonaise packets so that they are all neat and orderly.
