Wendy’s

I live near this Wendy’s, I frequent it more than I should.
If you go at busy times, service is great and the food is or at least tastes pretty fresh. It can be a whole other story when it’s not lunch/​dinner rush… so I don’t go there anytime except for lunch and dinner anymore.
Roughly 20% of the time we seem to have disagreements over what ‘no ketchup’ or ‘light sauce’ means. This has been rectified the times I’ve brought it to the staff’s attention and I’ll accept partial blame for my aversion to ketchup and extreme amounts of any sauce, but it’s something I think the staff could stand to work on.
The staff has never been anything but kind to me. The crowd inside can sometimes be a bit sketchy so I’d recommend the drive through and taking a couple seconds to double check your order afterwards.

i have to give 5 stars to this particular fast food location; primarily because they have the very best cleanliness level, and a staff that is cordial yet patient even in the most stressful of customer situations. The fact that they hold a great standard in such a low-​incomw/​crime ridden area deserves many stars.

Well I have been to a lot of fast food places that have better customer relations than this place. They act like they are doing you a service to just take an order from you.
The food was nothing to brag about as we got it to go or I would have took it back. As for being clean, not to bad. Lots of other places around to stop for a fast food meal and I would recommend that.
Like others who have left reviews, I waited to do this one as if I had done it that day I would not have gave one star even if I could. I hope management reads this and others, just maybe they will do something.
