Food was surprisingly good. Hot and fresh even the fries! It was so good I had to write a review lol.

We saw 1.5 stars for this Wendy’s but Ryan must not have been working here then. Ryan did a great job listening and handling our order as requested with a smile and pleasant conversation. Good job!!!

My experience today ordering my burger was horrible… I went on my lunch break to order a meal almost over $ 10 bucks… The burger was soaked in water, stinking of a smell that I have no idea what it could be… Never eating there again… Threw the entire meal in the trash… I will advise you to go to Burger King across the street… Trust me you will thank me in the end… I wish I could give no stars.

«Meh. I’ve experienced better» encapsulates this Wendy’s fairly well. I went off peak hours and a lot of the employees we’re in that lazy state. It made me think about how Wendy’s as a whole hasn’t seemed to be doing pretty well. A bit depressing. There was weird music, and the food was below average. Not horrendous, just below average. The bacon was reeeeally old, and hard, and the patty was a little dry. I’m honestly not usually so picky when it comes to fast food, but for a place that tries to pride/differentiate itself based off freshness, it’d be a good start to have fresh food.

I hate this location. The employees are very unprofessional. I use to come in for the caesar salads but the cheeseburgers always had cold buns, cold, unmelted cheese, warm beef patty, and cold lettuce. Cheese is suppose to be melted and the buns should be warm. The employees’ lack of impoliteness is another factor to which they would greet certain people(old and European-looking) as they enter but silence for others. All customers should be greeted as they enter. Some of the employees behind the counter are afraid of some of the customers, even when they’re not behaving brashly or threatening; I know of this. Even after writing Wendy’s corporate office about what I had witnessed from this location, nothing has changed and the corporate office did not respond. Wendy’s food is not good to me, except the past eaten salads, but I haven’t «received» Wendy’s bad food or service in years and hope to never again.

Sloooow line. They had the slowest possible person working the register. The food came out fast though. But when I took my drink to work and finished it I looked at the bottom it had a ring of mold. I took the cup back to the managers. I told them I didn’t want a refund or anything free it was merely to tell them. They treated me like I was lying or just trying to get one over on them. I will not be visiting this location again.

Fairly convenient Wendy’s right off of 285. Clean interior, although the parking lot has massive potholes near the drive thru, behind the store. beyond that, it’s Wendy’s and the food doesn’t change. Customer service has always been cheerful, fast, and tuned in to the foolishness that’s always going on at the motel next door(there’s always some foolishness happening at THAT parking lot).
