The woman at the front desk is polite enough but moves at a glacial pace. They are always very slow with service, and I would know because I’ve been in there 3 times to get glasses that first, weren’t ready because of a mistake, secondly were finally ready with the totally wrong prescription, and finally, 2weeks later, were ready. However I wouldn’t have known that since no one called me… I had to call them once again. Since I had wasted so much time there, I had asked if they could at least have the glasses at the reception desk as I was driving over right then. The glasses were practically thrown at me when I walked in. As one other reviewer put it, the one star is for the manager who did leave me a message apologizing for the continual inconvenience I experienced in just trying to get a pair of glasses. Sounds like he has to do alot of that. I’ve been getting glasses for over 30 years, and this place is a mess. Never again.
