Levi’s Store

My rating is based on my experience with the store’s manager. I was looking to return an item I purchased. The manager wasn’t interested in hearing me out. She felt the need to showcase her authority and the ability to make quick decisions. I’ve had better luck buying from their online store.

Most rude cashier.
Utterly unhelpful.
He did not even answer any question just kept speaking whatever he had to.

this place needs some serious help in the customer service department. i went in last week and bought a pair of jeans, the kid who helped me at the time was a huge help. however i decided for $ 60 i wasn’t crazy about the jeans and went to return them today. the manager doing the return was so rude and didn’t even know the return policy? it is posted a few places at the register, you may want to go over it since you are the MANAGER. i explained the return policy (although i did not have a receipt i had proof of purchase from my bank statement with price, location, everything) so they have to give you a full refund if it’s within 60 days. she had a huge attitude with me about it, processed my return and walked off and said nothing. won’t be going back here to shop thats for sure.

This might just be the only Levi’s store that I’ve been to and haven’t purchased anything at. The customer service was so bad that I couldn’t even get a dressing room, they weren’t even busy.

This is a nice store with some cool guys working in there. They have a huge selection of jeans with some other Levi’s items thrown in for good measure. The one huge problem with here are the prices. Sorry but there is no way I am paying $ 70 for a pair of Levi’s.

Super-clean+organized, and friendly staff. I’m waiting (im)patiently for when they have a 40% off clearance sale! I’ve found some great jeans for $ 19.90 here on clearance. I seem to do better here than I ever did at the Providence Place location.
