One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. As my girlfriend and I walked in the store we got followed by store employee without an offer to help us. This all took place as other customers freely roamed the store. I guess you can call it racial profiling. I guess if you are browned in the skin tone or have an urban style of dress, you aren’t allowed to shop at Orvis. Although, we were returning customers.

This place is phenomenal. Ty and his team really do the brand justice.
Great products, EXTREMELY helpful sales staff, great coupons/​promotions.
They give classes on how to fly fish and offer trips that are well worth the time and money.
