Sleepy’s

I have been in the market for a new matress for a few months now but not aggressive enough. I suffer from spinal stenosis and sleeping on my current mattress is getting worse so my husband finally got me to finally go and get one, I have done alot of research on mattresses which can very overwhelming. Today we went to sleepys in Dedham and we’re greeted by Janice who was very friendly. She took her time and talked to us in depth about what we were looking for and my back issues. Janice was extremely helpful and patient with us answering all of our concerns, she had us try several mattresses explaining the differences in each one. The whole process took a little more than an hour to find the right one for us. We ended up purchasing a Sterns and Foster and will be delivered tomorrow. I can’t wait to finally get a good night’s sleep.
Janice is one of the most friendliest sales associate I have dealt with. And would recommend her to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

We needed a queen size mattress and box spring so we went to the Sleepy’s in Dedham MA. When we arrived, we met Janice. She is wonderful and was extremely attentive to our need. She initial interviewed us briefly by asking price range and type of mattress we were looking for. Based on this she made recommendations based on our sleeping habits and back and neck conditions. We tried many mattresses before we found the one we both wanted.
Janice was friendly, charismatic, professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. We left with a wonderful mattress and box spring and high quality mattress cover and pillow all within our budget. We are very happy customers. Thank you Janice :-)
