Went to the sprint store today to add a phone line to our account and was very impressed with the kind and professional service. Andrea greeted us and immediately understood exactly what we wanted to do, told us how the process would work and handed us off to Kirk. Kirk was friendly and efficient and clearly had our best interest in mind. Over the years I have had many phone store experiences and almost all have been terrible. This was the opposite. Sprint sucks. No matter which way you put it. They sent me 3 defective phones. But that’s not why I write this review. I wanted to say how helpful Andre and his team are! He fought on the phone with an unprofessional sprint customer service rep, after they told me they would make me pay extra for rush delivery before the weekend, after the insurance sent me. A 2nd defective phone. He did everything he could and eventually i got a new samsung galaxy s5. I was literally in that sprint store 6 weeks in a row. I didnt give them 5 stars because sorint just sucks, but these guys at this store were super professional, funny and patient. I would recommend their help again, just not sprint lol.

I visited this store on a Monday and wanted a technician to look at it. The store opens at 10 am and I got there at about 10:30 am. I waited and then talked to a staff member who told me that the technician only works Tuesday — Saturday. I should have scheduled an appointment online which you can do but it is known as a repair center so I would think that you could go there anytime for repair. I decided I wanted the iphone 5 after consulting with a salesperson the next day but they checked in the back and did not have it in stock so I had to drive to the Norwood location which was very good. I can’t speak to the quality of work that the technician performs but he had an attitude. The customer service worker that helped me was Joessy and he was very nice. A few times he checked with the technicians and the technician was flip with him. His attitude transferred to the customers as well. Just keep that in mind when you visit. They do have nice chairs and a sitting area and are pretty easy to get to near the Legacy Mall in Dedham.
