Never again! Let me give you the low down. We went there for my sons birthday at lunch time. Ordered classic nachos. We had them before so we were looking forward to them. When they came it was soggy, and very hard to eat. Then came the main entrée’s, my goodness, I ordered the chicken fajitas, which were so salty. My kids had burgers and they were alright. The water also tasted terrible. I don’t know how they stay in business.

I am writing about Chili’s because it is one of my favorite restaurants. My first reason is it does not take a long time to go to you table. It also does not take a long time to cook your food. l like that there is not too much food. I like that the restaurant is cooled down with AC and heated up with heaters. The restaurant is not too fancy and not too plain. There is a small device like a computer on every table too. You can either play games or look at the menu. I love the corn dogs because they are warm and juicy. You can smell the other people’s food when you are waiting to go to your table. I also need to tell you about the drinks. They have Shirley Temples, Coke, Sprite, and a lot more. l think you should know that some Chili’s have a chili pepper in front of the restaurant too.

I think we are officially done with Chili’s Grill & Bar. This place has gotten worse and worse each time we come. My wife and I love the chips and guac but the chips have consistently come out a cold, oily/​greasy mess with 8 or 9 chips molded together with oil. Just gross.
Service is ALWAYS hit or miss here. We could have the most attentive waiter or not see anyone for 15/​20mins at a time. The most recent time we were in they put tablets at every table. Be careful when you play with these! 1) they’re covered in a layer of grease. It’s obvious these are not regularly wiped down after each patron. 2) games are NOT FREE– if you wind up playing, they’ll bill you!!! It’s not worth it! Use your cell phone!
On top of all that, the entire place just feels skeevy. Like there’s a layer of filth. Chili’s needs a serious deep clean.

I usually don’t write a review but I had to write this one… Went to Chili’s in Dedham on 12÷27÷15 at 6pm with 2 teenage boys and sat at one of the high top tables in the bar/​dinning area (like we always do) After sitting there for ten mins the manager comes over and told us we will have to leave the bar area due to the recent bar fighting at this location! She sat us in this overcrowded room off to the right… which we sat there for another 10 mins with no service! So we left! Just thought I would help others out before you go there!

1st they told us that it was going to take a half hour a table. and that the all seating on the bar side was reserved. We later found out that was not true.
2nd THERE WAS A LITTLE MOUSE RUNNING AROUND!
Overall this is the dirtiest chilis I have ever been to.

This location sucks. Whether it’s the location, or just the chain of the restaurant. It was such a disappointment. I got the fajitas, with two meats. Ooh yum, chicken and carnitas. Wrong. Everything on my skillet was dry and burnt. Management didn’t do anything, didn’t even take it off the bill.

Horrible, horrible service! My corn on the cob was FROZEN. Took an hour to seat us, they told us it would only take 20 minutes. 45 minutes to get us our food, 35 for desserts and they burned our dessert. It was my friend’s birthday and he said it was a waste of a night. Do NOT go here!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this Chili’s. The food took almost an hour, it came out wrong, they were ‘out of silverware’ and the manager was no where in sight! I usually love Chilis but this location is an absolute mess, from the floors, to the kitchen, to the customer service.

I just noticed that all of my reviews were negative, so why not review the places that I like also!
Chili’s in general is about as good as it gets for a reasonably priced good family meal.
This location is as good as any that I have been to. The service is good and the servers are friendly.
The prices are good and the food is great! Don’t get me wrong, this is not fine dining by any means, but it is what it is, and that is one of the few restaurants that you can take your family too without breaking the bank.

I have been a fan of Chili’s for years, and this is one of the better ones. The food is top notch. I only ever go to the bar for lunch. The bar tenders have all been really friendly at lunch. I don’t care for those dishes that are still sizzling when they come out, and stink up everything.
Never use the restroom, never have to. The beer selection is slightly above average. Some decent local beers on tap. The Buffalo Chicken is amazing. Crunchy and a nice warm kick to it. Compliments with the beer well. The fries are average, over salted.

This place is perhaps one of my most guilty pleasures. My main affair is with the Skinny Margarita, light on calories (kind of) and heavy on the tequila. The actual food is mediocre and a bit overpriced, but the drinks are what keep bringing me back.

I LOVE Chilis.
Always a great experience at this location (only 3rd visit though!).
Waitresses, waiters, and all of the other staff I have encountered throughout my visits here have all been friendly, kind, and attentive to my needs and other customers.
The food has always been great and hasn’t ever taken TOO long, and it isn’t that expensive… plus those Ziosk things at each table are SO cool.
One of the better options in the Dedham area.

About a year ago I ended up walking out of this restaurant because we waited at our table for 15 minutes without any service. My family and I ate here two nights ago to give it another shot and my mother got food poisoning. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other 20 restaurants in the area.

I remember when Chili’s was a place where people go to have good food and great service. Not anymore, place was slow and not busy at all. Service we got was so bad that we will never go back. Chili’s will close their doors very soon if they don’t do something about it. There are too many other restaurants out there for this to happen to anyone. Never again will you get our business.

Maybe this was a case of coming in at the beginnig of first shift but the customer service was severely lacking. I waited to be acknowledged for a solid 10 minutes before anyone came over to me, there was another table of people in the restaurant that were being attended to. Ordered lunch, the server never came to the table while I was eating to ask if I wanted a refill on my drink. Waited to receive the tab, realized I’d better take the initiative and bring my card to them or else I’d be sitting there another 30 mins.

had the sliders, boneless buffalo finger, and southwestern egg roll for an app. Very bland. tasted like everything had been frozen for a long time. My wife and I both ordered burgers. Burgers were served cold with undercooked bacon on top on a bun that was cold and hard. We each took a few bites and asked for the check.
SERVICE: Slow. There was one waitress serving the bar area during a Pats playoff game. I felt really bad for her because she was trying her hardest to keep up but just couldn’t manage.
CLEANLINESS/​UPKEEP: grout on tables was caked with old food. Floor dirty. Didn’t want to even venture into the bathroom.

Very disappointed about employees rotation. Particularly this is a clean place. Good attentions. Time average according to service.
No problems to send back to the kitchen any food if you don’t feel it was made as well as you ask for.
