Seeing if i had set the record for being at this t-mobile. 3HOURS!!! Was helping someone purchase a new Samsung phone who was new to getting one. Wasnt told full details, then got a defected phone, not once but twice! They had to call customer service it over there phone, meanwhile the useless, rude, unhelpful so called manager PHIL, did NOTHING. Not an ounce of what customer service is supposed to be. Ask for compensation, or was even waiting for an apology. Maybe he should change his career choice. PHIL should immediately be repremanded, if not fired immediately! ! On the way out his voice enhanced to thanks for using t-mobile, as his employees laughed.

Address on Unilocal is wrong, the location is at 715 Providence Highway(Dedham Plaza). Not surprised T-Mobile isn’t going out of their way to make sure the listing is correct. Useless. I came in to switch providers and keep my device(iPhone). Online wait time said 0 minutes, I walk in the door and it’s 30 minutes. I tell the person in charge of the line what I am there for, says no problem. Close to an hour goes by and I get to talk to an associate. The conversation lasts 30 seconds. Before I can transfer to T-Mobile my phone has to be unlocked by my previous provider. They direct me to go to that company’s store for the service. This was knowledge beyond the grasp of the greeter who apparently serves no purpose outside of telling customers inaccurate wait times. An hour wait for 30 seconds of «help» at T-Mobile. I should have known better, though. 10 years ago I switched from T-Mobile and got charged a $ 200ETF for leaving them ONEDAY before my contract ended. I thought a decade might have changed things, but clearly not. Customer Service in-store and online is lacking knowledge and common sense. If you’re shopping around, you get what you pay for. T-Mobile might have cheaper plans than other nationwide carriers but there’s a reason for that. At least this time around I discovered that upfront before I gave them any of my money.

Was helped twice here recently by Alfredo. Very informative and patient with me even though I was not buying big ticket items. Only drawback was long wait on a random Tuesday night, about 45 mins until we were seen. Thanks again for your help!

Really Nice. They helped me purchase two prepaid phones, port both numbers over, and transfer the contacts for both phones. They spent about 50 minutes helping me out.
