I had a very good experience at the Sprint Store in Norwood. I had been to the Sprint store in Dedham and I have been to the Sprint store in Brookline and one in Connecticut as well. This one is 5 miles down the street from Dedham. The staff were seasoned professionals. The store manager told me that she had been working there for 14 years. The store was spacious and the staff were well versed in plans offered and products. I observed the store manager explaining in detail different options to a customer. The staff are the kind that will go the extra mile for you. There is plenty of good parking. The only downside is that there are no chairs in the whole store. The dedham store does have chairs. I almost asked for a chair so maybe if you need one, they will bring it to you but if not, you are out of luck. They probably want you to check out the products while you wait.
