They were terrible. My cell home page changed so I went into the store. The tech blamed it on an upgrade and I had to go back 2 times because he had my location incorrect. I call the wireless about a week later and got this get tech who did a conference call with Samsung, and it was fixed in 30 seconds.

New store in the area, lots of parking, located in the same shopping plaza with Super Stop & Shop & Home Depot on Route 1.
The sales people will acknowledge you when you enter & will ask if you need any help until you are ready to speak to them, but are not pushy.
They have lots of accessories for all the different phones out there from the i-​phone to droids.
I had an issue with my phone freezing & shutting off. & they were pretty good on how I can correct the problem & haven’t had issue since.
