Uniqlo

Hi– I went to Uniqlo today because I had a slight problem with an item my daughter had bought and thought maybe I could get a replacement part to fix it and the person there was so incredibly nice and helpful. I was amazed by the customer service. I hope the upper management reads this and knows how nice the staff are at Dedham/​Legacy place and that because of them they now have a very loyal customer who will buy her kids presents at that store!

I really like Uniqlo, and this place was really no exception. The staff are friendly, the clothes always well-​fitted and reasonably priced. There’s not much to say, but even on the July 4^th weekend, all of the items were fairly stocked and the clothes neatly packed next to each other.

Some mess up things going on here. My brother went to return an item and they gave him a store card for the return merchandise and when we went back today the girl at the register did something and said the card was empty!!! Wth where did our money go!!! Also when the girl behind the register gave the card back she had a little bit of an attitude and said there nothing I can do for you.

The store was secretly disheveled. The racks looked neat and in order but once you look at them they are a mess. All of the sizes are mixed together an it’s like a puzzle you don’t want to deal with. I had to look through every single item in order to try and find anything in my size. Once I finally did I then realized that they are running out of stock so quickly they are forced to import Japanese sizing clothes. But it’s likely worse than not having them and just moving displays around to make things still look nice. Especially when they only have a few «Large» styles and the rest are smalls which might as well be children’s sizes. I look like the incredible hulk about to bust out of their current Men’s Large flannel shirts.
When I asked the staff for help they basically shot me down. They don’t seem trained and equipped for success yet.
Overall the store needs to get their game together. UNIQLO as a brand does amazing things globally with their influence to help recycle clothes for those in need and provide great products. Their staffing needs to do a 180 back to how it was a few years back. They cared about their customers and did what was right to help them. Now it’s a wall of NO.

I love this store. I was too excited to see that they were coming to ‘boston’ only to find out that its outside of the T area. For now… I’m told the popup in Faneuil will only go away when their store on newbury is ready and there might be another one in Faneuil.
Everything is pretty plain, but it’s so hard to find plain t shirts or long sleaves for layering at other stores. Plus, heattech will always keep you warm. I nearly overheated because I was sitting on a heated subway seat and uniqlo made me so warm.

Some great basics here! Leggings, heat tech shirts, fleece, and light weight down jackets! There are different deals everyday so you have to check before you come. Got a light weight down jacket for $ 39 opposed to the retail of $ 69.
