Flanigan’s

Best burger in town. It is my understanding that this is where the locals prefer to go. That says a lot. Prices were good. Atmosphere is fine. Would try again but not my favorite place in Deerfield Beach. Seemed like the waitress dropped us after a larger party entered her station. I’m big about the attention given by waiters and waitresses. Therefore when we were neglected I lost interest in the dining experience. Overall this place has potential.

Decent food, decent service. We had a nice dinner at the bar there and a big plus is that the beer was nice and cold !

This is our go to for dinner and also the first restaurant we hit as a married couple. Start with the bang bang shrimp appetizer. My regular order is prime rib with broccoli and slaw. Don’t forget to ask for free coke slaw. TV’s everywhere! Great wings, great service, great ambiance!

The night after eating at the Whale’s Rib my buddy and I decided to follow that up with Flannigans. Both of which are located in prime spots on Deerfield beach. Food was excellent. I got the tuna and it was spot on. Seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly as instructed. Came with loaded baked potato and Cole slaw for $ 14.99! My buddy got the prime rib, which I sampled and he very much enjoyed. Highly recommend. Worst part about the experience was we decided to bet lunch on whether our waitress would bring out one check or two. They brought one– I lost… Dang it!

Best spot to eat by the beach in Deerfield. Food always satisfies and service is good. One of my favorites is the Loaded Nachos… Although if you’re going to get this, bring a few friends!!! Definitely a staple eatery if I’m in the area.

Average food, but the servers need a refresher course in server responsibility. They keep serving loud drunks who distract quieter customers who are trying to mind their own business and eat their meal. These are the kind of drunks who are going to scrape your car on their way out of Flanigan’s free parking and kill someone on the way home. I am not talking about tipsy or buzzed diners, I’m talking about loud obnoxious drunks who the servers should cut off BEFORE other diners start complaining, and not wait until 2 or more diners complain and then bring them a fresh drink before doing anything. People who want a nice dinner should just stay away. On the other hand, if you are a falling down drunk, this is the restaurant for you!

Flanigan’s is the best food on Deerfield Beach by far. Best Food at lower prices then other spots on the beach. The bar is a little… crazy.

The service here is really good. The ribs are super yummy and fish dip so good. Although your waist line might not appreciate this place if you want great ribs, wings, onion rings and fries this is the place. They also have plenty of TV’s to watch sports.

Food was good, service was very disorganized and scattered. And it wasn’t even busy.

We loved our food!!! I had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and was so delicious. My husband had Ribs & Stickers, (chicken) he loved it couldn’t finish it, he was completely miserable because it was so good, had a hard time stopping!!! We would highly recommend it!

Love this location. Right on the beach and the sea food always tastes like it was just caught ! Fresh fresh fresh ! Great selection of music and bar tenders always know how to make a drink ! My only gripe is the parking is not he best because of its location and it gets super crowded on weekends. Beach life I guess !

Food is great, but don’t take your kids.
When we went there we were seated next to the bar. Although it was only 6:00, there were several very drunk and very loud people at the bar. Not that I mind loud in general, but the language and volume was very distracting. The bartender kept serving and the manager was useless in keeping them quiet. People with children complained, but nothing was done. Avoid this place unless you want your children to learn several new words at a bar that is more interested in serving drinks than serving the families on vacation that try to go there.

After reading reviews decided to try this place. It was okay. Food order was wrong so most of us were finished eating before my husbands arrived corrected. The manager did speak with us and give 10% off our total bill. That was after making excuses about being swamped and sending a sick cook home. Neither of which I cared about or needed to hear.
Food was okay not grand. If you want great food swing next door and check out the Whale’s Rib. Much better and impossible to compare.

Flanigans is a great and chill atmosphere.
This Flanigans is Right by the beach. Their $ 5.99 lunch specials are amazing!
Drink specials are affordable and the Banzai Brownie is one of the best desserts in broward county.

FRESH FRESH FRESH fish served here. I always ask when they have the mahi as it is the best mahi sandwich around. I always get it fried and it’s huge. Have also had shrimp here, wings, burgers — all very good.
Even though it’s not directly on the beach, I enjoy sitting outside under the tiki hut when it’s not too hot outside. Otherwise, I would opt to sit in the bar area which is full of locals and several TV’s playing sports. Reasonably priced all the way around and decent drinks.

Flanigans is pretty much the gold standard for dolphin in SoFla. This company runs an extremely tight ship and has a good level of consistency, so rating one location is pretty much like rating them all and this location, while not my favorite is still turning out food as good as the rest of them. I personally enjoy the Mahi here, an usually that’s what I order unless I get the lunch special, usually the Blackened Tilapia with a side of Dirty Rice.
My complaints are few and they are: 1) if you order food to go, they try to be bastards about it and charge you an extra $ 2 or $ 2.50 «to go» charge because usually no one is ordering a drink to go. Total bs and most locations will in fact take it off if you point out that you won’t pay it and that if you do you won’t come back. They will sucker you on it if you allow them too. 2) The jukebox is another area where customers get suckered into buying credits instead of just paying straight up per song as most songs take 2 credits. I just find that for a company that pulls what they do financially, those are some very greedy ways to trick people out of money.
The best deal is the lunch deal. Stay with that and make sure they stamp your lumch club card each time and you’re good.

Didn’t eat here, but the drinks were great! The server was on it and never let any drinks at the table get empty.
Only negative is parking, it is minimal. There is a parking garage next door, but it is $ 5.00/hour.

Flanigans is always a good and affordable place to eat. We wanted to go to The Whale’s Rib but it was quite busy and a 45 min. wait. Next best thing was Flanigans. Only a 15 minute wait.
Hostess was pleasant and sat us within 10 minutes. We got a nice booth and our server Sam was cool. It was Happy Hour so they were offering $ 5 margaritas! Sam quickly got our drink orders and then our food orders. There were many specials that day which include tilapia and prime rib and ribs.
I ordered the prime rib, medium rare, with fries and their cole slaw. My friend ordered the tilapia sandwich with a baked potato. Our food was good. My prime rib was the way I wanted it. Sam checked on us often in a good way.
We were seated near the bar, so it got rowdy at times due to the baseball game. Fun place to grab a drink, a bite to eat, and watch a sports game. Topped off with good service., Flanigans is a good place to go!

I wandered into Flanigan’s one day, by myself and sat at the bar. I looked through the menus and found some awesome deals that made me come back to try the food and drinks several times.
They have a Bacardi and Coke Special for $ 2.99, which became my go-​to cocktail. I love rum and coke, at those prices it’s happy hour anytime of the day.
On my first visit, I ordered the Smoked Whitefish dip with veggies and chips for $ 5.99. I just wanted a bite between lunch and dinner, but this was so good I almost ate the whole thing. Seriously good.
On my second visit, I brought my guy who ordered the rib dinner to go. It came with a ½ rack of ribs, baked potato and salad. The dinner meal was so big. You know food is good, when even the leftovers are so good.
I also came back for lunch one day. I had a meat craving, so I ordered the ½ BBQ Roasted chicken with rice and black beans. It was only $ 5.99 with the purchase of a drink. So much food and very good, I was surprised that I almost ate the entire half chicken!
Flanigan’s is always crowded and it’s because they serve really good food at really good prices. Plus the service is very friendly, despite the crowds of hungry people. ;)
