We really wanted to try this place out after being in the Cove shopping center as we love Irish pubs, but soon as we walked in the smell of cigarette smoke turned us off. Might be a nice dive bar for locals who smoke, but no thanks.

Great staff, fresh and carbonated beer (more than i can say for most bars), we had two food specials that were very inexpensive but surprisingly good, meat loaf was great and tasted home made, the rueben sandwich was terrific, prices are great during happy hour, relaxed bar and plenty of tv’s but none blasting, place was clean, this was an unexpected gem in the area

This place is an awesome dive bar. The staff is very friendly. I dont get it, why do people on Unilocal trash it. IT IS A BAR FOR GREAT PRICED BEERS AND DRINKS. Come out and hang out with your friends have some fried foos apps and drink beer. We had the local Islamorada Beer Company Sandar Sunday on draft, it was amazing.

If you want cheap beers and a friendly environment look no further! They have pool, darts, shuffle board and ping pong! There’s the occasional bar fight or crazy that comes in but there everywhere! Great service and awesome times! So cheers to the local dive bar of Deerfield I tip my hat to you !

You know, I read past reviews and I can tell you those fellow Unilocal reviewers are people who just don’t appreciate a good dive bar. A bar that’s like a big community circle you can view everyone around you and never feel like you are staring at a bunch of bottles. The center of the circus ring a friendly bartender, sometimes surly but always cute. Ready to poor you what you want. After a couple visits she knows your drink, and I noticed the way she would chill customers glasses minutes before they even ordered another round, just knowing what they wanted.
I like it. Yes its a smoke den, but I have left many places that allowed smoking and i left smelling like something awful. Didn’t feel that way here. There are pool tables, a juke box– you got learn how to rock the jukebox. Good food and good friends. I recommend this to anyone seeking a bar to saddle up with friends and get sloshy. I even like the tiny little back patio that allows you to step outdoors for a minute.
So to you other reviews, bah humbug… you just got to see this place for yourself.

Gross. Just skip it, even if the beers are like $ 1, unless you’re looking to score a side of meth with your buzz.

Smoke, smoke, smoke. It’s a gin joint all the way. Somehow they have some food. Never had it, never will. Been there once, that’s good.
