Danae’s balance of service, quality, and pricing is unparalleled by other staging companies. As a seasoned Broker, I often have the need to furnish vacant properties in preparation for listing, and a go-​to vendor for this need has been a weakness in my offering… until now.
Unlike most stagers I have used in the past, Danae brings a true design sense to the project. Most importantly, her staging works. I am 100% sure her service was instrumental in helping us close the sale in 11 days with a cash-​Buyer and multiple offers. Our closing price was 25% higher than the previous sale of this exact same property, which had closed in August of 2005. According to consensus, that was six months prior to our last market peak. Either our local market has blown past our last peak, or along with Danae’s serious talent, we just crushed this listing.
