Visiting family and wanted a fun girl night. The four of us all painted the same picture and then had a big reveal, how awesomely different they all were. The staff was so awesome and knowledgeable. Lots of paintings to choose from. Wine was great also. Thanks paint bar for a great night!

We have been there before but tonight we were really treated poorly. Perhaps it was because it was Grandma bringing a 6 and 9 year old on a Saturday night and we weren’t ordering much alcohol (I had only one glass of wine). Or maybe it was because we used GROUPON — or maybe a combination of both BUT neither is a good reason to treat customers poorly.
First they gave us a large table because I was going to sit with the grandchildren but then they moved us to a small table and gave the large table to a couple without an explanation. Then they took our sample painting away because they needed it for a class and gave us a pix on an iPad (Ok we an deal with that). Later they came and took the iPad away because they also wanted the pix on the iPad for the class and gave us a similar but different painted pix and told us to use that one. When I protested the answer was «Sorry we need it for a class.»
My granddaughter’s sample painting was about a foot away from her. They took it off of a small easel and put it on an easel that was 5 – 6 feet tall and planted it about 6 feet away. from her. They took the small easel away without any explanation. I ended up the pix for a closer look — then found a small easel that no one was using.
There were a couple other incidents that night that may seem minor but with all the rest it appeared awful and all three of us were appalled. My granddaughter said she was getting afraid because she didn’t know what else they would take away (our table perhaps?). It is sad because she has been there several times before and even had her birthday party there. Now she doesn’t want to go back.

We had 6 people there for a holiday party and the place is warm and inviting.
The wine made my painting a little better than it should have been but the artist showed us how to do it. There was no pressure if my painting failed.
I loved the wood work how they decorate with the past paintings. They just got a new deck for outside painting when weather allows it.
