This place is the worst. If I could give it zero stars I would! When we walked in, the woman behind the counter shouted ‘What do you want?’ Well, hello to you too! Should’ve walked out then. My sister got a pedicure and I had gel nails removed and then got a manicure. The woman was rough with my hands and cut my cuticles 3 times! Three fingers bled! She rushed through the entire thing because she was waiting to get her own pedicure. The place was dirty, they kept throwing nail clippings on the floor and there were stains all over the walls. The sink where you wash you hands was dirty. While my gel nails were soaking they texted or talked on the phone right in front of me. They were not friendly and I was not impressed. Save yourself a horrible experience and don’t go!

I got a refill with gel polish that cost $ 47. When I said that was ridiculously high and asked for a breakdown the math changed several times and nothing ever added up to the $ 47. What a rip off, don’t go there!

On my third visit to this salon(first two were fine) I asked for a gel manicure. They needed to remove my old gel polish before starting. Noticed that after soaking my nails in a bowl of solvent for removal, she re-squeezed it back into the the bottle to use again… what!!!

People definitely have their favorites in this place. Some are more delicate. Some are too talkative. But it’s like everywhere! It’s $ 50 for a gel manicure(last 2 weeks, quick dry) and pedicure. Not cheap but not extremely expensive. It’s in a strip mall with all the other major stores– so you can do things around there while you decide to do nails on a whim. I would say that its a nice quiet spot BUT it gets VERY busy on the weekends(starting Friday).

I’m going to try to not be totally negative here, because its not the worst place in the world. The place overall is ok, average prices, student discounts, relaxing quiet atmosphere. However I went there for the first time today after searching Unilocal for reviews of nail salons in the area and finding none, so I was in the neighborhood and decided to give it a try. Went in to get a pedicure, full set, and a eyebrow wax. I havent had a manicure/pedicure done in over 3 years but I remember it being relaxing… not the case for me today. The lady that did my nails was so rough I thought i was being tortured during both the pedicure and manicure. I think she started to let up once she saw me whince in pain, but the pain was not something I was expecting for my afternoon of pampering. The eyebrow wax was a less painful experience. I will not be returning there. However there were plenty of other ladys there that seemed to be ok, so I think I just got an angry woman that day. The other thing that was annoying was that you cannot put a tip on a credit card, I forgot to get cash so I had to use their conveninetly placed ATM that charged me $ 1.50 just to tip the lady who tortured me all afternoon.
