Unexpectedly, I needed a place to keep my stuff after a break up. The employees here were great and personable. Someone should give them a raise. Their dedication and friendliness is the kind that keeps customers happy and keeps them coming back.

Staff is great, Tina gives all the details needed and more, her customer service is excellent, great demeanor. She is a very valuable asset to this company. However I was not please with the unit it appears smaller than the size quoted.

I’ve used this unit for over a year and the property manager Tina is the sweetest person ever. I will say her customer service and support she provides is extremely valuable. She gives all the details and more than willing to give insight on other things in line with storage and moving… when I’ve forgotten to pay this woman is pure «owner» mentality. She would never get out order or into judgement simply a courtesy call and hand holding to help. The place is clean, easily accessible and all unit on the ground with easy drive up and the rates are good… I COMPARED. There are a few competitors locally but not as good (i.e. 2^nd floor, not well lit or managed well).

Space is great, close to my residence.
Hours are good as well.
Staff was ok.
Not happy with the location of the key pad where you have to put the combination in. You have get out of the car every time you exit the gate. Not sure about when you enter because the gate was open when I got there (this was my first time being there).
Also I brought my own lock but for some reason the young woman who did my lease contract made it seem like I had to use the lock they provided which was $ 17 dollars. Afterwards I went to the unit and there were other units with different locks. So it looks like I could’ve saved money using my own lock and not their $ 17 dollar one.
