Chick-Fil-A

So I happen to be visiting down south and this happened in the restaurant of choice. Not by my choice thou. This was the first time ever that I have gone to a Chick-​fil-​A and it was not busy at all. It was two cars in the drive-​through once we pulled up. Service was fast and accurate. No complaints. The food was OK I’m just not a fan.

Chickfila is hands down my favorite fast food! I am usually pleased with this location but the past two times they messed up my order and forgot something! The people working at this chickfila are alway so nice though, and the food is always great! Also the restaurant is always clean which is important!

Amazing! Location is super clean, food is always hot, fresh, good portion! Staff here, are sooo nice and friendly. I have never really experienced such nice staff it’s a nice environment. Food is DEEELISHHH!!! 20 stars in my book

Staff is always very friendly although it gets super busy at lunch they move along as quickly as they can. Parking lot is very poorly designed, the drive thru blocks pretty much all of it. I would give them more stars but they forgot my sauce last time I went.

I’m usually very happy with chickfilA service but this time at this location I was very Unpleased when I received my chicken sandwich hard and over cooked. Unfortunately I didn’t open it until I got home (also I don’t live far from this location) I couldn’t even chew one of the bites I took into my sandwich. Luckily I purchased myself fries and a drink so I still have something for lunch.

This place is always crazy busy specially during lunch time. I think this location is great they have very good customers service, they try to get you in out and not to mention they have good food.

A chain is all it is, not many of them around but they’re all the same. Food is inexperienced as what you’d expect at this type of establishment.

This is one of the best fast-​food experiences you can get. I go there every morning for my breakfast and they’re are ALWAYS happy and sincere. The quality control is great, the only deviant thing I’ve ever had was a malformed hashbrown, which can be chalked up to packaging. the biscuits are always soft, and the chicken always cooked to perfection. I have no complaints and would instantly recommend to anyone looking for a quick lunch or breakfast.

Not the best Chik-​Fil-​A location… parking lot is poorly designed to start with. Then you get in the doors. The ropes to start the ordering line had room just enough for one customer, everyone else? Out in the doorway. not good. Girl that took my order had substantial issues with: «May I have a number one meal, please?». Asked at the very least three times «Dining in or Carrying out?» after previously asking prior to taking my order. And, I hate to nit pick, but I’m gonna do it anyway, whats the point of a Chik-​Fil-​A sandwich without a pickle???

«My Pleasure!» That is the phrase I hear all the time when I visit a Chik-​Fil-​A. I had amazing service when I came here once for lunch with my father (he is a regular at this location).
We are greeted immediately and are asked if we have any questions about the menu. Despite my father’s heavy accent and disorganized and embarrassingly confusing order, the cashier remained extremely kind and understanding. Are order was finished quickly and was brought to our table.
The food is always fresh here. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and a market salad. I love ordering the market salad with spicy chicken strips (my fav). I love that when you eat into their chicken it actually looks and tastes like chicken lol.
Even while we were eating the employees would come around and ask us if we need anything and refilled our drinks (not what you would expect from a fast food restaurant)
I also love how they decorate each table with real flowers! Very nice addition to the place.

I love getting extra pickles on mine
I love that they have huge ketchup packets
I love that they have a bunch of other sauces (check the fat grams b/​c some of them like the Polynesian have a lot more fat then you would ever guess)
This one is very clean; however, their parking lot is pretty stupid!!! Why wouldn’t you want to walk straight into oncoming cars trying to get into the drive thru lane???

Very clean location, food was fast and fresh. Very clean restaurant. It’s a brand new location and we enjoyed eating here.

Awesome environment, always busy and service never goes without a smile. The restaurant is clean and brand new. Love this place.

My shop is a couple of blocks away and during the first couple of months after opening this place was nuts. They still managed to give great service. This is what I think separates this chain from the rest.
My favorite is the Asian chicken salad. I can eat this everyday of the week.

I’m sure they had extra, well trained staff there for the grand opening, but now that things have calmed down a bit, the service does not meet standards that I expect from Chick-​fil-​a.
I usually stop by on the way to work for a chicken biscuit. It’s not busy @7:30, but they always take longer than expected. I’m sure they realize this because they always apologize for the wait.
Anyways, they have a little ways to go to live up to the standard that have been set by the other Chick-Fil-a’s that I frequent.

Poor show for Chick-​fil-​A. We order two 12 piece nuggets, 2 original chicken sandwiches, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a large fry. We ask for BBQ, Ranch, and Honey BBQ sauce. They gave us one of each… And didn’t even give us our fries. This Christian run group doesn’t operate this way. Management needs to teach their employees the proper way to talk to their customers. And what is considered an appropriate # of sauses for items ordered. If someone wants more sauce, you get that to them, or you ask him to pay for it. You don’t roll your eyes and grudgingly put one more sauce in the bag. Try to pretend like you don’t hate your job so much.

So glad we finally have a chick-​fil-​a in Delray beach and brand new. Such a nice place. Nicely decorated with fresh flowers on every table. Food was delivered to the tables and refills were offered. The only negative issue is the bathrooms are for one person at a time and busy and always with employees spends an unusual amount of time in there. Again today! FYI. ALL Parking lot employees of this crazy busy spot today exceeded my expectations. Great job. Smiles, quick, efficient, took payment and brought me my sandwich to car before I reached window earlier today. Made my day!

Brand new Chick-​Fil-​A at the SW corner of US1 and Linton that has dual drive thru windows and very limited parking. Well, perhaps the parking is not limited, it is just that this place is very popular at lunch and all the spots are generally filled.
I love Chick-​Fil-​A and I am thrilled to have one in Delray Beach. The food and service is fantastic and everyone is so friendly here.
I have also been here for breakfast and it is equally good, but less crowded.
Take my tip — order your waffle fried well done as they are much better crispy.

Finally opened in Delray!!! Tons of staff working and keeping the place clean with all of the chaos of customers pouring in the doors.
