Food, service, value all home runs. Why not 5? It was a bit loud. Order the house salad, big enough to share. The giant shrimp were grilled to perfection. Kansas City steak was one of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time. Dessert was mascarpone cream cheese cake and banana cream pie rounded out the night in form. Our server, Thomas, was attentive, really a professional. So, meat or seafood, it’s a can’t miss place. Oh, great scene as well.

Wonderful experience here last night. Food and service superb; steak the best we’ve had in a long, long time. A couple of highlights: a meet and greet by the owner who came by our table to chat; lovely. And a complimentary cheesecake for the table to share. Delicious. My one critique would be that the wine list was limited at the lower price points — we had a terrific wine, but spent more than we normally would have because we couldn’t find anything recognizable at the more mid-point range.

A fancy steakhouse in Delray Beach, that is amazing. You really do not need to be all dressed up for this joint, but you will definitely stick out. I wore a neon yellow hoodie and short(I joined my friends after work). My snooty friend said the wine list was great, so for you wine people out there, check them out if you are looking for that rare bottle, I am more of a beer guy. We had a plethora of appetizers ranging from mussels to fancy potato skins. They were all fresh and amazing, For the main course, almost everyone order the Prime Rib, I did as well and it was cooked to perfection. The seasoning on it was great! For side I stuck to the Brussel sprouts which were grilled and had some nice bacon chunks! The only downside is that I wish they had more local beers on bottle, I could of truly enjoyed a light Channel Marker IPA with my steak!

Best steak in South Florida. I have gone to 100s of steakhouses in the US. They are beyond the best. I told all my friends about them. Definitely eat here!

The most consistent steak house in the Boca/Delray area. Great food and great waiters!

Probably one of the best steaks I have ever had. The service was excellent and the waiter was very knowledgeable. It’s a bit loud, but in the end nothing distracts from the perfectly seasoned and cooked steak.

My favorite restaurant in Delray. Great food, great atmosphere, good cocktails, great wine list, particularly for value. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. While it’s a steak place, the seafood entrees are excellent as well. Have eaten here numerous times and always had a great experience. Go to Cut 432 and enjoy!

The food is great they have a beautiful patio to seat outdoors, but the reason I am giving them 4 stars is because I feel their Menu is really short for such a big and costly restaurant. Great selection of wine, perfect place for a date night!

Cut 432 has one of the best happy hours on the avenue. The place is always packed because the food is excellent. Had all the options including the sliders, ceviche, meatballs, and Mac and cheese. You can’t beat the food and the price. Service is always top notch and the drinks are among the best. It’s hard to find a spot so get there early.

Always a little tough getting seated even with a reservation… But seafood is always fresh. The miso cod is one of the best dishes in FL in my opinion.

Great restaurant. Very accommodating to parties, along with our allergy to dairy. The food was outstanding and cooked very well. The preparation was nice but nothing special. The street was very busy and a good environment. Cut has good waiters. Nearby there was good places for desert after including Sloan’s. I Highly suggest Cut 432 for dinner.

Cut432 is an upscale modern steakhouse in downtown delray beach Food: The quality of the meat is superb. The have several flavor option to choose from and multiple different cuts of meat. Sides range from mashed potatoes to lobster mac and cheese. Atmosphere: Modern décor. Indoor and outdoor seating. Pretty bar area. On the weekends it can get a little loud inside. Crowd: Mostly 45 – 65. Price: Very expensive. A ribeye steak is about $ 55. The sides(which are necessary with an a la carte menu) range from $ 9 – 18. Happy Hour: They have a good apps menu I believe they are $ 5 and they offer a few discount drink options. for example a $ 5 mojito. I rating this restaurant a 3⁄5 because it doesn’t knock your socks off. The meat is high quality but the flavor/seasoning of both meat and sides is just ok.

I dine out frequently; mostly for business but also when we want to try something my talented wife can’t prepare herself. My standards for a steakhouse are quite high given its something that can be prepared at home and I’ve been fortunate enough to have dined at some pretty nice steakhouses. In this context service and ambiance receive as much weight as cuisine. Right out the gate let me say that the cuisine is nice, really nice. 4 stars nice. My steak was delicious and prepared just right and the appetizers were equally good — grilled artichokes, tuna tartar, Jumbo lump crab cakes and the chargrilled octopus were all excellent. The Stags Leap Parcel 41 Cabernet was delicious as was the Duckhorn. The service though, start to finish, was … meh. We’d made reservations for four on a Saturday night two weeks in advance. When we arrived we learned that the table they’d reserved for us was in front of the kitchen and bathroom entrance. My wife requested a different table and was asked to wait at the bar. I arrived 10 minutes later from parking the car(inexplicably the valet was a block away around the corner but there was no sign in front of the restaurant indicating that so I ended up in a lot several blocks away) and immediately noticed a couple of empty tables. When I asked why we couldn’t have one of the open tables I as told they were reserved for other people(who had yet to arrive). Huh? I then spoke with another hostess who seated us at one of those tables. We all felt we saw our server too infrequently and that the food arrived too slowly. Conversely the food was removed too quickly, before we were done with it(I had to grab a plate from one of the bussboys at one point). I mentioned my frustration with the valet parking to the waiter who, to his credit, gave us a complimentary parking pass for the next time we came. Pity. This is a buzzy upscale place; the kind of place we’d visit regularly and with guests. Yes it’s pricey but most worthwhile places are. And I wanted to like it having met one of the chefs at a local cooking competition. However, the front of the house doesn’t do much to make your visit memorable. You feel like a number; one of many being processed. There are MANY steakhouse options. Abe & Louis, Capital Grille, Mortons, etc etc etc. all of whom go to great lengths to make each visit a positive experience. Cut 432 isn’t quite there. Perhaps with better training, or more staff. Or just maybe they are busy enough and profitable enough that they don’t feel the need to do anything differently. That’s fine too; there’s no shortage of tourists visiting the area.

Have been here several times and went again last night with a party of 6 people. We had several menu items for appetizers, the tomato mozzarella salad is one of my favorites and the octopus is great too. For dinner I had a petite filet with king crab added to it. The 6 house sauces they brought to the table were a great touch. Usually you have to pay for steak sauces at other places but they give them to you free of charge. we ordered 4 side dishes including lobster mac and cheese. All were big portions enough for the whole table. To drink I had the blackberry Moscow mule and it was fabulous. At the end of dinner they brought us a cheese cake on the house and the cheesecake was the beat I have ever had in my life! I ordered another one to take home. Great date night and great atmosphere!

The place is very charming and the atmosphere is great. Everything was great before the waiter started attending us. I had never ate a Delmonico steak so I asked him about it, he didn’t say anything and stood staring me. I asked if it was a rib eye steak and he just nodded. I ordered it anyways. I ordered it medium and it came medium well to well done. Also it was way under seasoned, I ordered salt and they brought me a small thing with a very coarse salt, very hard to apply to the steak properly. My wife ordered a good old cheeseburger and it was delicious, but also a bit under seasoned and with too little salt. It was an OK experience, but I wouldn’t come back.

Without a doubt, the most delicious Delmonico steak on the Ave! The atmosphere is great and they have a terrific Happy Hour. Romantic and low key. Professional wait staff. But the main reason Ill go back, probably again and again is the customer service. Despite a tiny little issue with my meal the other night, the Asst Manager Jonathan DiFonzo did an outstanding job at making us extremely happy and satisfied customers. Priceless!!! I eat out often on Atlantic Ave and this is def in the top 3 places!

Not good… Great!!! From the moment our family of four walked in Thomas our server was friendly and attentive. My family frequents name brand steakhouses often but figured we’d try something local for a change as we were doing a week in Delray. Glad we did! The steaks were aged to perfection and grilled perfectly. The cocktails and side dishes were also spot on. Be sure to hit Cut 432 if you’re looking for incredible steaks and chops without the typical morton’s/capital grill deal. R Be sure to request Thomas as your server.

Review is only for happy hour– never had dinner here! $ 3 wine at happy hour! $ 5 cocktails(and whoa the blood orange margarita is STRONG)! Their food is excellent– we tried the Mac & cheese, ceviche, beef sliders & meatball sliders. My favorite was the ceviche(it was served with little lettuce wraps!). They also have house biscuits that come with butter, jelly and honey(which is really tasty, but I’d imagine it’s really heavy before actually eating a steak dinner!). Get there a few minutes before happy hour begins(5pm), or you’ll be standing. Very limited seating.
