I should have read the reviews about the owner before I walked into the salon. I was treated very poorly by the owner when I came in today. I walked into the business to buy some products and I had noticed they had a Unilocal deal $ 50 for $ 75. Before I purchased the deal I asked the associate if I could use it to purchase the products. She said yes so I proceeded to purchase the Unilocal deal. Afterward the associate said she was unable to use the deal on products. I asked if they could honor it for me because I had literally asked her moments before if I could use the deal on products before I purchased it. She called the manager and she said no and that she would be in the salon shortly. When she arrived I explained the situation and I was hoping she would make it right. Instead she was extremely rude to me. She admitted her associate had made a mistake but would not do anything about it. I was so insulted and have never been treated this way by a business owner. I said I wanted my money back and she said she would call Unilocal when she had the time. So unprofessional. Finally her associate called Unilocal but I am still in a dispute to get this resolved. What an unpleasant experience when trying to purchase salon products. She should have honored their mistake in the first place. This owner was extremely unreasonable and rude. For now I am stuck with a Unilocal deal for $ 50 which I will never use. I would never go back to this salon to support this business.

The worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I came to this salon because of good Unilocal reviews and a coupon online. I was greeted at the door by unhappy workers(which I now understand why). Before I even sat in the seat the owner, Juliet, went to see her clients car while I overheard the other workers talking shit about Juliet and making fun of her client. Seriously? Be professional. I had Lindsay because she was the only one available. I asked for a soft balayage style highlights and I received over bleached, extremely noticeable streaks, in addition to it taking 3 and a half hours! Lindsey was nice and I knew she meant well but damn, I have never been scratched so much on my face in my entire life. When she was washing my hair, she moved the water spray ONTOMYFACE, not near my face, literally soaking my entire front and washing off my makeup! She said«Whoops! Just looked away for a second!» …Are you kidding me? If this wasn’t enough she pulled at my hair so hard I noticed a good pile under my seat at the end of this fiasco(I DIDNTGET A HAIRCUT, nor did I want to lose any of my hair!) Lindsey kept saying how she’s been doing this for 20 years, over and over again, well how about showing you have that experience? She didn’t speak to me at all during the appointment except when I had complaints. Zero attempt to be friendly. After this whole ordeal, as I went to pay, I made no attempt to hide the fact that I had a horrible experience and was not happy with her attack on my hair. The owner was very genuinely concerned about this and did her best to salvage the situation. I appreciated the effort and was a little happier with the fix. Granted I will NEVER let anyone from this place touch my hair again. To top of this whole fiasco, Juliet gave me a gift card as I was leaving(it was my first time at the salon, and the last). I came in a few days later to see if I could leave on a better note. I walked in and was not even greeted but stared down by literally the entire staff! I felt awkward and said I was here to use the gift card and walked towards the products, Juliet didn’t miss a beat in letting me know firmly and sharply that it was only good for services. Fine! That’s fine! But I assumed maybe you’d need the business considering how ridiculously bad my experience was. If you’re considering going here, GOANYWHEREELSE. I promise you’ll have a better experience.

Marisa provided the best Brazilian Blowout I have ever had in my six plus years of getting various keratin straightening treatments in Chicago and in Florida. She was knowledgeable, thorough and professional-not to mention, really sweet. Her expertise and explanation demonstrated her advanced training and experience. Juliet is a life saver! I had made appointments for updos at FlyDry Delray. When I showed up at FlyDry with my friend right before a wedding they had no one there to do our hair. Hair emergency! After calling a bunch of places Juliet said she could take us. She was lovely, did a great job and saved the day!

Worst Salon in Delray Beach & the owner is the worst! When one of her stylist makes a mistake which, happens often she does nothing. Juliet the owner has her car parked right out front, has gone to personal errands in the middle of my appointment, & charges way to much for what you receive! The worst service ever & when you write a bad review she has her friends attack you on Unilocal!Avoid this place at all costs! I give this salon negative stars!

Disappointing experience. Scheduled weeks in advance with the owner who was«too busy» for me. She rapidly cut my hair then pushes me off to a completely novice Employee To blow dry. Horrible experience. Obviously did care that I was both potential future business and a referral source. I will never return. They weren’t busy, everyone but owner was standing around. Very rude. Very disappointing.

I waited over an hour for my appointment. The color looked good, and I also got a nice cut… and I was happy until I washed my hair the first time and saw those grey roots were STILLTHERE. After a few rounds of telephone tag, I went back in for a correction. I was told that I would get a complimentary blow out. I agreed to pay for a $ 35 conditioner. I got the bill and they CHARGED me $ 40 for the blow out which was supposed to be free according to the woman at the salon who called me. She was off the day I was there and so I paid $ 75 but will NOTGOBACK. It bothers me to have something offered and then not honored.

I have been searching for a great salon/stylist for the last five years since living in Florida. Thankfully I finally found it yesterday. I was fortunate enough to have Staci-who did a phenomenal cut/color job on my hair. The coloring was precicely what I wanted, and the cut was superb! The staff was kind, fun, and inviting. It was totally unlike the South Florida I have come to expect in the way of service. The owner, Juliet, came over and introduced herself personally, Katie at the front desk was gracious and accommodating. And the price was totally in line with what I got. I have paid far more for far worse service and haricuts in the past. I am definitely coming back!

I got Lindsay! And she did a great job! She did single process and a full head of highlights. I’m a brunette and wanted to go lighter and it came out really nice. My hair doesn’t look orange or brassy. It’s a nice golden color. I already booked my next appointment. The place can be pricy but people need to look at their services and their prices! If u know what u want and know how much it is then u won’t be surprised when paying.

Salon Juliet was running some sort of promotion awhile back… buy one service and get a free blow out, I decided to try out the salon so I made an appointment to get my nails done and a blow out. The salon itself is attractive, neat, and the host was friendly and so was the nail technician, the stylist was«fake nice» and I overheard some of the stylists talking badly about a customer(big no no for me), they seemed like they couldnt be bothered. On to the manicure. The nail girl was friendly and sweet, she did what appeared to be a nice french manicure, only problem was that EVERY single one of my natural nails started breaking a day after after she got a hold of them. I’m not sure what she used(maybe strong remover or she filed incorrectly or too harsh), however. my nails NEVER break like that so I have to think it was something used in that salon. On to the blowout… the girl who was supposed to do my hair never came over to greet me, instead, they had one of the assistants who was mostly shampooing hair come over to inform me that she would be doing my hair. She may have been a full fledged stylist but who knows… she did a so so blow out that didnt even last the night. All in all, I’d have to say that my experience leaves much to be desired and I have not gone back, nor will I…

I am basing this review on my hairstylist and how beautiful that cut came out! She is new to the area, and not only the NICEST person– A MEGATALENT. Her name is Abby– she’s a keeper. I always wear my hair in a ponytail and I like to keep it long. She styled my hair, gave me some tips and guess what?! I’m wearing my hair down for the first time in YEARS. It’s light comfortable, minimal work. I love it. all salons have a snooty front hostess that has an attitude suggesting there is a VIP lounge you’re about to enter. Look past it. Put your blinders on. You are going to love her. Be a courteous person to her, treat her like gold– you will see in a hot second that you are most important to her in her chair. and honestly. where do you find that these days!!! I feel like I am gushing, but my hair looks amazing. I would shout it from a mountaintop– GOSEEABBYFORYOURROCKINNEWDO!!!
