This place has potential but unfortunately they don’t know what it was even if it hit them in the face. Portions are extremely small and food did not have any taste. For a place that says they are a pancake house last, has a really small menu and only has 3 options of pancakes(plain, chocolate chip and blueberry). The last thing I will say is… you need a new hostess. She never asked how are meal was when paying, didn’t even tell us to have a nice day! Terrible experience I will not returning. Do yourself a favor and go to the wee packet for breakfast!

Good breakfast at a great price. Pancakes were good and large. Egg sandwich was great and made with scrambled or over easy eggs on an english or bagel. Fast service and very friendly waitress. Nice place right on 28. Coffee was good. Can’t complain or rave about it, average breakfast at a fair price.

Attracted by the sign that advertised Breakfast. Noticed sr citizen special for 4.45. I think older people would appreciate that. Service and waitress were good although waitress said this was last day. Ordered food got food ate food. Everything was as it should be. Not much more to report. Good to have a place to eat after a bad day playing Saratoga.

10 mins to get a dirty table, 10 minutes for silverware, over 1 hour to get greasy sub par food, hair in eggs, woman stands and waits for you to sign receipt. Figure it out guys.

Decided to stop here bc our hotel gave us a coupon for breakfast. You get what u pay for. Bargain food for a bargain price. My omelet was crisper than my homefries, missing cheese and rubbery. Couldn’t eat it and when I told them about it they acted like they didn’t know what to do. They had multiple waitresses on staff but it took forever to get anything and the people who came in after us left without ordering bc of the wait… never going back

Have you ever eaten breakfast and then wanted to get your stomach pumped? That sums up our breakfast experience. We stopped here because it seemed to be the only place without a line out the door on this holiday weekend. First mistake. Second mistake was not walking out the door when we saw that the place was only maybe a quarter full at most. In our defense we were starving and not thinking clearly. 10 minutes in we were finally seated and our drink orders were taken. 10 minutes later my husband’s juice came and I was told they were out of diet coke. I ordered iced coffee instead which came out promptly but it was another long wait before the cream came and our breakfast orders were taken. Hubby ordered scrambled eggs with home fries, and bacon with a side of sausage. What he got was rubbery eggs and brown and serve sausage. No bacon. I really don’t want to talk about the home fries. I ate one and wanted to spit it out. They were an orangey color so I figured they were well seasoned. Nope. Not seasoned at all, just cooked in what I’m guessing is linguiça grease. My eggs were the same rubbery texture and served in a lump. My hash was canned which is normally fine with me since I grew up with it but this tasted nasty. The only thing edible was the toast even if it was swimming in butter. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. I want to barf just thinking about it!

Friendly waitstaff, simple atmosphere, good for families, and great food. We’re never disappointed when we got here, the price is reasonable and the waitstaff is use to handling groups. The food is traditional breakfast fair, but it is flavorful and they offer a great corn beef hash!

Very clean. Good service. Food was good. Nothing special. Pancakes were ok slightly underdone. Hash was from a can. Prices were average. $ 22 for 2 for breakfast.

Well I’m pleased. Just drove by here on way to another breakfast place, but they were closed. Coffee was good, and we really didn’t want a heavy breakfast. I ordered the Breakfast sandwich w/ham(very good!) and the my other orders 2 eggs over medium w raisin toast, & .20 for homefries. He enjoyed it. It was a simple breakfast for a good price & not overpowered w grease. There was an older crowd, but that was cool. Wasn’t looking for socializing, just food. Happy

My wife summarized our experience pretty well: «greasy as f***». Indeed. This place looks old and smells old. Food is average and greasy. The only saving grace is that its fairly inexpensive: $ 30 for 3 people. We wont go back.

We dined here because we had a discount coupon from a nearby motel. Not bad; just have had better. The price even without a coupon was decent so for that reason, I’ll give it 3 stars.

This place was great during our stay in Dennisport as it was a short walking distance from our rental home. We ate here two mornings in a row and the banana walnut pancakes are what had us coming back for more! I was surprised there were no reviews on this establishment, as it seems to be an old staple. As soon as you sit down, your coffee cup will be filled and you’ll never see the bottom of your cup. Their menu is basic with your classic breakfast dishes; eggs any way you want them, omlettes, pancakes, French toast, etc. They also offer original and Irish eggs Benedict. Nothing fancy, but sure to please. The banana walnut pancakes were on the specials board, but chances are you can get them any time. Friendly waitresses and old town charm make this place a consistently great experience.
