Just got back from this cute motel, where I stayed for a wedding. We stayed in an ocean view room, which was clean and comfy. The innkeepers were very accommodating and in the morning the owner made us cappuccinos exactly how we like it! This was exactly what I imagined cape cod to be. Affordable and convenient all around.

The quintessential Cape Cod Motel experience. The Rooms are dated, but clean. Our room had a dorm style fridge, Futon and A/C. Not all rooms have A/C I’m told. Good water pressure, bed was alright. Great location adjacent to the beach. It is not«Waterfront» but abuts the Sea St. Beach parking lot. Owner was very nice and accomidating. Good Coffee available in the Office. Louie’s Crab Shack is right behind the lot, a nice place for Breakfast and Lunch. Just a great, no frills, affordable place to enjoy the Cape.

Everything we were looking for — friendly, clean, close to the beach and bonus free coffee! We will surely be back! The owner was very helpful and the location was perfect.

A no frills apptoach to comfy beachside vacationing. Rooms are smallish but clean, with cable and an AC unit. Private access to Sea St. Beach(parking lot) The owner is a great host, makes the place especially quaint. He offers free coffee anytime and if you request it, he will make you espresso(from Lavazza!) on his real espresso machine. He’ll even discuss the merits of a fine cup of espresso if you please. We stayed here two nights and both mornings, without fail, upon seeing us, he gladly volunteered to make us a couple shots. Perfect way to start a day(and yes, it is free!). Also in the lobby there is a mini-library of sorts. Donated, exchanged or abandoned, a collection of decent beachtime reads awaits. Overall, good perks and good location for a mellow vacationer like me.

This is your basic Cape Cod Motel with a few extras. The staff and owners are particularly helpful and friendly. The owner has more of an innkeeper’s approach to things. The free coffee is good, and the Motel is very close to the beech(you can exit from the grounds to the beech parking lot). During high season it offers an alternative to the hugely exorbitant rates elsewhere. Off season it’s a major bargain. It definitely pays to inquire about the specials
