This place is one of the better BWW around the area and I’ve been to many. They are fast in the bar and the food comes out quick. They have a decent happy hour is the best place to go for the UFC fights. I think their wings and flavor choices are excellent. Lots of beers on tap. Lots of TVs in the place. One of the better sports bars to go to.

I’m a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings on Sundays for football, but that’s about it. They usually have my Ravens on a small TV that I can’t see and the Packers, l and Steelers on every other TV. The food is okay and the service is less than average at best.

I mean its b-dubs. What can you say. Went to watch monday night football, beer was on sale and wings were terrible. Bar area was clean and bartender was very friendly.

For those(like myself) who don’t know, Buffalo Wild Wings offers a few vegetarian options. I read online that any BWW burger can be made with a veggie patty, I can’t confirm whether or not this is true because this specific location doesn’t offer veggie burgers. Not too worry! On the menu I found a black bean burger. This was one that I was able to build by choosing my toppings. My black bean burger included lettuce, fresh jalapenos, pico-de-gallo, red onions, and a pickle spear. To spice it up, I also got a side of their Wild sauce and slathered it on top. I was very pleased with this vegetarian black bean burger. Vegetarian sides included a veggie boat, coleslaw, and fries. So there you have it, vegetarians can now dine at BWW with their disease plagued carnivore friends.

Food is good, but the staff! They have someone come up while you’re eating and let you know they are there to help your experience… when really all try are doing is bothering you while you’re trying to eat your meal. We use to go to this location about 2 – 3 times a week, but I went in with a coupon sent to my email and they wouldn’t honor it. No where on the email does it say you have to print it out and bring it in. I had it on my phone and presented it to the waitress. She told me that management doesn’t allow that. hmmmmm I took myself off the mailing list right away and stopping going all together.

Service was slow and no drink refills. Chicken nachos were awful, nothing but chips and lettuce with a few sprinkles of cold processed chicken. Gross. Will not be returning.

This location is the worst. They are bad about being fast about ANYTHING. I was on hold for 11 mins. No one took my Togo order by the time I drove up there so I hung up walk into the Togo area and the Togo lady is just chatting it up with another employee… While the phones are ringing off the hook!!! Finally after the Togo lady notices that I’m there to place an order jus flat out says«what you want»… There is no way this is how BWW management trained this girl to take orders… So after repeating my self twice because she couldn’t get the order right the first time because she was still caring on the conversation with the other girl employee… I couldn’t believe the service here it was horrible !!! Will NOT be coming back here… We never have problems out of WINGSTOP. So we will be taking our business there.

It’s game day, sitting in the bar area, service isn’t so hot. Very slow and only one bar tender.

This is a typical Buffalo Wild Wing, if you’ve been to one then you know the menu and the ambiance. It’s sports, games, and wings. This one has consistent food and good solid service. We stop in on Sundays after running errands to play Trivia and watch the football games. They have Buzztime! Trivia and poker as well. They don’t discriminate when it comes to sports, though… they have football, soccer, golf, Nascar, hockey, and whatever else is on playing at the same time.

I know one doesn’t come to BWW for the experience and I know(I’ve done it) bar tending and waiting tables in a college town can be rough, however, when I sit down at the bar and three people walk past me, then go chat with their friends and other servers, then proceed to make drinks for them, BEFORE talking to me, I get upset. I sat here for 8 minutes until one guy walked up and said, «Hi», then walked off. Three minutes later a girl walked up and said, «How are you?» I respond that I was good, but thirsty… She told me that she needed a few hours to get into her work routine, all the while I am still thirsty… I have bar tended for years, so I understand that everyone has bad days, however, it is your job to pretend to not be in a bad mood. When I was having a bad day, I’d bust my balls to make some money and get outta there! This place isn’t bad if you have low expectations, just remember that!

This buffalo wild wings location is great! The staff is very attentive. The food and drinks came out quick. We got the watermelon mojito and they were amazing and super sweet! I got the spicy garlic wings(my usual order) and they were great. Fries were good too. No complaints at all!

Wings are good but customer service when you walk in is very awkward. Not sure if it has to do with me being black but I walked in this establishment one day to pick up a to go order. There were five waitresses who looked or stared at me as I walked in and right when I was almost past them then one finally decided to say hello. At first I was like oh ok. Then I walked out and came back in after I got my to go order to see if it would happen again and it did. Lol just be aware that if you are African American you might not be greeted. After I walked in the second time some people came in after me and were greeted with such great hospitality. And guess what race they were?

I occasionally come here for happy hour beers and wings when I get bored of our usual places. Overall my experience is always«meh». It’s what you’d expect from any chain restaurant– nothing impressive. Average food, average drinks, average atmosphere.

I’ll come back to watch UFCPPV, but I’ll try the dining area vs the bar area next time just because I couldn’t understand or hear the announcers over the din of the bar. Service was great and food wasn’t bad or great, bar food you know? For great bar food go to The Abbey Inn on Denton Square

Went here for a late dinner with friends and the service was amazing. We were tired of the sauce we always get and the waiter had the manager come over and she let us try out all the sauces. Parmesan garlic is now my favorite sauce on the boneless wings. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Well, this was better than most BWW locations and the service at the bar was really good. We ordered our wings and they were actually cooked perfectly and didn’t seem re-fried like a lot of the BWW locations. I’d go back to this location and to be honest, there aren’t a whole lot of BWW’s that get a second visit from me. I’m not hyper-critical but this chain is over hyped in general.

Ordered to go online and went to the store to pick it up. They hadn’t even looked at my order yet, so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so. Aside from the inconvenience, they were very nice and offered me a free drink while I waited. The store seemed clean and well lit which I can’ say for every Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. Asian Zing is my favorite sauce. Love trying new sauces and the variety keeps it interesting. Better than ordering wings that only come with wing sauce. The Thai Curry is a pretty yummy new limited edition sauce. They must just be trying to work out the kinks with the online ordering system. Wings were cooked properly and we got what we ordered so I have no complaints.

Lowest rating EVER, and I wish i could give it NOSTAR. My hubby and I went here on 9⁄14 for a quick dinner. We ordered wings and side salads. I do not put dressing on my salad so I was able to feel the slimy, rotten piece of lettuce that should not have been in there in my mouth. I immediately spit it out, and thought that happens sometimes, no biggie. However, the SECONDPIECEOFROTTEDLETTUCE made me lose my appetite. This piece wasn’t even green, it was the crunchy part of the romaine lettuce so it was a little white on the end and there was mold/rot on it. That was it. I asked for a manager to calmly ask him if he would eat that. He was not very helpful, got aggressive with my husband for even speaking up about it and chewed out the defenseless wait staff for daring to take the offensive food to throw away. He kept saying he wanted to see the rest of the salad as if that would solve the quality control issue at this place. He also argued that the locations survey results indicate they score highly in hospitality, and I countered it was because the wait staff is pretty cool– it’s the food I was focused on! Let me start from the beginning. We’ve been coming to this B2W since it opened, and the staff is usually pretty great. It’s one step above a drive through window, I understand, but the reason chains are usually successful is because they are consistent, right? The old menu was not healthy at all, and the wings are fried like at most places. I was so excited when they got the new menu which listed healthier salad mixes and even a veggie burger. I tried to order the veggie burger but most of the time, they would overcook it. How can you overcook something that is only microwaved for a minute or so? Seriously, the times i attempted to order, I would have to return the«hockey puck hard» veggie burger for a remake. And I was determined to get them. After ordering it, and sending them back THREETIMES in two separate visits, I gave up. I know, why keep coming back? The TVs, trivia and drinks. In previous trips, we’ve had raw chicken and a rotten tomato that you had to have noticed when you were slicing it, but this time it was over the top. Even if I had just eaten and needed a place to hang out, I would not come here. And, the night of this revolting incident, I had nightmares that I was screaming at someone but they weren’t listening to me. I call that nightmare the manager J.
