I hate McDonald’s. But I left a wedding drunk and wanted a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and now that breakfast is 24⁄7 I was stoked. But they don’t have biscuits till 4am. So I got a mcmuffin bc they have those. But they forgot my egg. They forgot the heart and soul of my breakfast after denying my biscuit. So when I got home I had a cold English muffin with 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of cheese. Then I called twice and no one answered and it rang so long they it hung up on me. I just wanted some egg on my biscuit. Not the first time my egg has been missing. I’m really sad about this experience. I just wanted my egg

Our order was wrong(not just one thing, but 4 out of 5 things we ordered), and the girl at the drive-thru window was about as rude as they come. Won’t be returning. Enough said.

The food was good and the resteraunt itself is very clean and updated… but the men’s bathroom stall lock isn’t working… and that made for 3 awkward encounters. On top of that, the maid walked in about 5 times in the last 10 minutes to clean the bathroom while she knew I was in it. Patience?

DON’T EVERGOTOTHISMCDONALD’S THEYWILLSCREWEVERYTHINGUP! I used to work near this McDonalds, and ate there quite often, and I NEVER had a decent experience. Doesn’t matter if I went in or hit the drive thru, they always screwed up. If you ask for sauce, don’t expect to get it. If you order a Quarter Pounder, expect a fish sandwich. One time I went in and they just plain forgot about me and I was the ONLYPERSONINTHESTORE. I paid for my food and waited, and waited. They could see me, but they were too busy goofing around to wonder why I hadn’t gotten my food. I didn’t want to go up there and be rude, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that somebody back there was getting my food ready. I had to get to work though, so I eventually went up there and asked what was going on, and their eyes got huge and were like«OHNO, we’re sorry». Then offered to get started on my food, I didn’t have time so I just asked for my money back. I went to work on an empty stomach, a 12 hour shift, because they were goofing around. Another time I got some McNuggets and I asked the kid for some honey mustard, he said«It’s in the bag». I knew better because I hadn’t asked for any sauce yet, so I looked before I left and sure enough he had just lied to me and said it was in the bag because he was apparently too lazy to reach down and grab it. So I told him it wasn’t in there, he didn’t apologize or try to make an excuse, he just grabbed my sauce acting like I just asked him to donate a kidney. And don’t expect the management to be of any help. In fact there was a manager on duty that night I was forgotten about. I sent them an e-mail about another incident(seriously there have been probably 15 instances of this place messing with me) in which I was given a Big Mac instead of a Quarter Pounder. I don’t like Big Macs and I made that known in the complaint e-mail. What do they send me in the mail? A coupon for a free Big Mac. These people are either ridiculously stupid or take pleasure in screwing with their customers. Either way, avoid this one. There are plenty of other McDonald’s in town to go to where I’ve had no problems, I just used to have to go to this one because of its proximity to my work and on the late shift it was the only place nearby that was open that late. I wouldn’t go back to this store if it were the only place on Earth with food and I was dying of starvation.
