AT&T Authorized Retailer

Sorry guys, gonna have to report your business to the BBB — I was told yesterday that I could not pay in cash at this location because they are «not corporate».
Let me say that again — this business REFUSED my AMERICAN CURRENCY. There were no signs or anything stating «no cash on premises» and I was told that I would have to go miles and miles out of my way to get to a Corporate store that would accept my cash. The employees were kind, but this is no way to conduct business in Denver in 2016 where cash flow is extreme.

I try not to judge as everyone is born a bit differently. That being said, I can’t help but say I’ve never met a competent employee at this store yet. I go to get a new iPhone 6 3 weeks ago. Girl states it takes 2 – 3 weeks to ship. Fair enough — saves me a trip to Apple Store in CC where I could get one that day. Get home and the tracking shows the phone won’t ship for 6 weeks. A huge difference to 2 – 3 weeks. Had I known this, I would have waited the 2 – 3 hrs at the Apple store.
I asked about purchasing apple care. She had no idea what apple care was. «I’ve only been here two months, I don’t know how to do that.» Maybe you should learn.
Thank God the AT&T store in CC knows what they are doing and has competent workers. Once I get my phone, I will be heading there to get it activated and pick up accessories. Can’t wait for the first bill to get here — sure she messed something up on that.
It’s not the first time either, although this girl was literally about as dumb and lazy as they come. At least she’s working though — God bless her!

I have to say, mine is in Littleton and I was very clear that I wanted to keep my old number, that didn’t happen. I called them because I did not know that voice mail came with this phone when I got it, a friend told me, so I called them to find out the codes and what else I needed to know and got their voice mail. Left 2 messages, never got a call back. Now I got my bill and have 11 charges to 411 at $ 1.99 EACH!!! What a rip off!!! Warning, they did not tell me that either. Although I am not the one who used the 411, I would not have guessed their would be a $ 1.99 per call charge! I can honestly say I am not real happy with AT & T and this is only my third month with them.

I used to love this store however my feelings have definitely changed! Back in May my Motorola Atrix was pretty much unusable. It had a cracked screen and I was no longer able to use the touch screen. My upgrade wasn’t until October but on several occasions a representative from AT&T has allowed me to upgrade a little early. I usually upgrade and get a $ 50-​$ 100 device. I went into this AT&T store in my neighborhood to see what they could do. The representative told me that he could definitely give me an early upgrade. He also told me he could make my plan much better for cheaper! He told me to pick out any phone I wanted and that I would only have to pay $ 50. I thought this was amazing that I could pick any phone and kept asking «Is there some kind of fine print I am missing?» or something along those lines. He said nope and that I only had to pay $ 50. Sweet! So I went ahead and got the device and a case and was on my way after paying. Three weeks later I get my bill and it’s $ 352!!! My bill is normally around $ 130 for two lines with 4 gigs of data and 450 anytime minutes plus unlimited texting. I called AT&T to find out what the problem is and was told I was placed on the Next plan. I asked why my plan was changed and they said that I changed it when I got a new phone and explained the charges. I was put on a 10 gig plan plus unlimited talk/​text and I was paying $ 25 for my device for 18 months. I explained that I had no idea I was having to pay in full for the device and that I was never told about the $ 25 monthly installment for 18 months for the phone. They said they were sorry and lowered my plan to 6 gigs and told me my bill would go back down to around $ 130. Well, the next bill comes around and it’s $ 170… $ 40 more than I am used to paying. I called again and explained that I was put on this Next plan due to negligance of the worker at the AT&T store and asked if there was anyway I could get out of this plan and not have to pay for the device. They explained that two weeks had passed and there was no way I could get out of paying for the device. I told them that if I would have known I would be paying $ 25 a month for 18 months for a new device that I would have just gotten a crappy go phone and waited until October. I escalated this case to management and filed a case. The rep told me that management would be in contact with me the next day. Well, the next day comes and goes and four to five days later I finally call back for probably the 4^th time. The person I spoke with this time told me that the case was closed because the 14 days had passed. I was infuriated! I was told to go into the AT&T store and speak with a manager about what had happened. I went to the store and the manager pretty much talked to me like I was stupid, explaining that I had the newest phone and that it was actually a great deal. I told him I didn’t care if it was the newest phone and that if I would have known I would be paying $ 25 for 18 months for a new phone that I would have just gotten a go phone until October. He did absolutely nothing for me. I am so beyond frustrated with this whole situation. AT&T Next is a huge scam and now I am stuck with a ridiculously expensive phone plan for the next year and a half. I cannot wait until my contract is up so I can finally switch carriers after ten years of lies from AT&T!

Dropped my sturdy Windows smartphone getting into the car and the glass completely shattered. Doh.
Was on vacation in Denver and looked for the nearest AT&T — there was one (with horrid reviews) off the 16^th Street Mall, but because we had a rental car, made our way out toward this one, on the way to Sweet Action Ice Cream.
CHAD helped us and was great – everything you could ask for in an AT&T store employee. Helpful, answered questions honestly, efficient, quick, and willing to get answers he didn’t know off the top of his head.
Ended up getting a $ 0.99 Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (with 2 year contract renewal) and a bunch of scotch tape to make my broken-​glass phone functional. He helped me set up all my inboxes/​apps/​etc the way I wanted, then sent me on my way.
Would recommend this location if you need it!

I love this AT&T. They are so helpful and patient. This store just happens to be the closest one to my house, so when Apple decided to do their update that had a million gliches… I was in here a few times. I joked with the employees each time, that this would be my «last time in, i promise.» But they just laughed and always made me feel welcome. They even helped me reset my phone, and took an hour to help me, when there wasn’t a sale involved.
I ended up upgrading recently. I didn’t really want to, but my phone was taking a turn for the worst. In the midst of that nightmare, Matt was awesome at finding me something that would fit my budget and that I would be satisfied with. He even offered different options on phones as well as payment plans.
Apart from being satisifed with At&T as a wireless service provider. I was blown away with the customer service and customer care given at this location. I will always come here for honest and helpful sales people, instead of being hounded in buying something so they can make commission, which I have definitely felt in the past.
Also, this is the only AT&T store that does screen repair and other phonerepairs, in store! If you need help with a phone and have or want AT&T, it is definitely worth it to come to this store. You won’t be dissappointed.
